Stretchmarks- KPU or Bart?

We were just in Chicago to see our ILADS doc on Friday. I asked about KPU

testing for my youngest since he has white clouds in all of his fingernails.

Klinghardt says that KPU can cause the same looking stretchmarks as Bart. We are

starting my son on Zinc and some of the KPU protocol. I had dinner Friday night

with a friend I met online and her son who is on IV rocephin also is starting to

see his stretchmarks fade fromt he KPU protocol. The are doing the Core. I know

Klinghardt says it must be addressed before a recovery from Lyme can be

expected.

As I listen to all the Bart talk, I wonder how do you know what is what? Is

there a bigger need for KPU testing and treatment?

Wishing everyone well this year!

To Kari,

fyi, don't know if you have ever taken Zinc for anything but when

it's taken by itself as a supplement there are 2 things you may or may

not know. Being that it is for a child it may be confusing to figure

out. A lesson that I learned is that it is VERY upsetting to the

stomach if taken on any empty stomach! So watch out. It's weird

because if it happens it will pass in a few minutes but will make you

miserable for awhile. The other thing is if you research it you will

find that it works in sync with copper. So they need to stay in

balance with each other. It is sold together in one pill and the

daily need for copper is very low like 2mg/day but if you are taking

zinc daily you might ask your doctor or look into the combo with zinc/

copper.

Thanks for zinc information. Somewhere I have the zinc to copper ratio. My child

is 15 and 5'11 and 167 pounds. I need to figure all of that out to. I won't rush

into anything.
