Thank you all for your responses. It has given me alot to think about.

It is nice to hear from others who are going through the same things,

and have good advice to help you make it through!

Thankfully the flare is over, but they sometimes end with pain in my

right hip and shoulder. These are not achy dull pains that affect all

my joins during a flare but sharpish when I move. One more thing to add

to the list of ??? for the doctor.

It is odd becuase I never really put those 2 pains together, but wiht

witing it down I realize that it has happened this way before.
