Anyone have strange muscle pains in leg and arm/chest?

Hi, My name is , I'm 38 and have had P since childhood and PA for

almost 10 years. For the last year I have been battling with strange

muscle pains in my right leg. It aches like I just ran a marathon and I

feel like it needs to be stretched, but that doesn't help. When I try

to sleep it aches so bad it keep me awake for hours. I have seen a GP,

my Rheumy, a Neurologist, a chiropractor, and even had some physical

therapy. No one knows what it is or how to stop it. Now the same thing

is happening with my right arm and chest. Doctor gave me tramadol but

it doesn't help at all. Too many risks taking a lot of ibuprofen and

acetominophen, so don't know what else to do. Anyone else have this

problem or heard of someone who does? Any help would be appreciated.
