Guest guest
Hi - I too am new to the list. My daughter (8) was diagnosed and tested positive for lyme, and bart in October 2010. We think she has had lyme for 3 years. We lived on a property that was covered in ticks in the Okanagan area of BC, and have since moved to town. We are also seeking treatment in the States from a LLND and are very frustrated at how the Canadian Medical system refuses to acknowledge long term treatment of Lyme disease!.... My daughter has just recently begun suffering with intense headaches of migraine proportion and as is typical with lyme, none of the over the counter meds offer any relief. Has anyone had any luck with anything else??? We have tried an essential oil blend called " peppermint halo " in the forehead and temples. It provides a nice distracting burning sensation but that is about it if the headache is really bad. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
