Hi Anne

Firslty please don't give up, don't give up on anything, your life, your hopes your dreams. keep them all!

See you are getting me all worried about you, I am so sorry to hear you are feeling this way, sucks heh!

I don't have any magic words to make it all ok, if only life were that easy but please know that you are wanted and loved by everyone on this list and I love ya babes and send you huge chockie coated cyber huggies!!!!!!

You can only ever be you and true to who you are and do what is best for you. You can never live up to other peoples views, opinions, standards if you are not happy with who you are. Only you know what is best for you and that is all anyone else can expect from you, be your self and if other people have a problem with it, as hard as it is, it is their problem and they are the ones who will lose out on knowing you, a great fun, caring , compassionate, smart, sensitive, knowledgeable, friendly person, to name just some of your good points. I think I will start the "we love Anne fanclub"

You have been through so much shit, to put it midly and you deserve better than you are being treated!

Nothing that has happened to you is your fault, don't ever let anyone get away with saying that crap!! OOh it makes me blood boil! I think I will put cow turds on the heads of all the people who say this and slap them, it can be my first task as founder of the"we love Anne" fan club, I will get Aisha to help with the slapping as I believe she can deliver quite an expert slap when required!! LOL

You need to talk about what is happening to you how you are feeling etc, to just cope with the day to day existence let alone "getting past this"!!

Have you spoken to Missy since yesterday? Did she say why she didn't get together? Have you told her how you feel about it? She could have let you know!!Grrr!!!

I know how it feels, i have no friends except one in Sydney (other side of the country) and you guys online. I am very lucky to have my hubby who is my best friend and would be lost without him.

What i am trying to say is hang in there, you deserve the best and happiness in abdunance!!

I am here if you want to talk

Take care

lots of love

Anne I really don' t know what to say. I am so sorry that you are experiencing the pain that you now have. I too have ended many friendships due to being ill. Most healthy people do not understand that our days are moment to moment and we need to take the opportunity as it arises. But I do need to disagree with you in that you do matter to each and every one of us in the group. I have read your responses with great interest as they demonstrate you as a very caring and loving individual. Your friends are missing out on the generosity that you have in your heart. Keep your dreams as they are yours and will get you through the darkest times. Will they come true only time will tell, but you cannot give up believing in them. Being sick on a day to day basis is extremely difficult I know, but you need to grab the smallest joys. I look for laughter when I can, even if it is curling up with a good movie. As laughter is a cleansing emotion.

In closing, the only person it matters whether or not you do what is expected of you is YOU...I quit trying to please others a long time ago as I know I will never live up to their expectations because they are not mine. Live for yourself not for what others expect.

Hugs to all

Hi Nerys-

Hi

AnneFirslty please don't give up, don't give up on anything, your life,

your hopes your dreams. keep them all!See you are getting me all worried

about you, I am so sorry to hear you are feeling this way, sucks heh!I

don't have any magic words to make it all ok, if only life were that easy

but please know that you are wanted and loved by everyone on this list

and I love ya babes and send you huge chockie coated cyber huggies!!!!!!

Thank you, I need all the huggies I can get.

Cyber or otherwise!

You

can only ever be you and true to who you are and do what is best for you.

You can never live up to other peoples views, opinions, standards if you

are not happy with who you are. Only you know what is best for you and

that is all anyone else can expect from you, be your self and if other

people have a problem with it, as hard as it is, it is their problem and

they are the ones who will lose out on knowing you, a great fun, caring

, compassionate, smart, sensitive, knowledgeable, friendly person, to name

just some of your good points. I think I will start the "we love Anne fanclub"

You don't have to go that far, just don't run away

from me... please!

You

have been through so much shit, to put it mildly and you deserve better

than you are being treated!Nothing that has happened to you is your fault,

don't ever let anyone get away with saying that crap!! OOh it makes me

blood boil! I think I will put cow turds on the heads of all the people

who say this and slap them, it can be my first task as founder of the"we

love Anne" fan club, I will get Aisha to help with the slapping as I believe

she can deliver quite an expert slap when required!! LOL

I'd like to see that! Can I come help to?

You

need to talk about what is happening to you how you are feeling etc, to

just cope with the day to day existence let alone "getting past this"!!

Could you pass on this piece of information to my

family and friends, because I swear if I hear.... "You need to JUST GET

OVER IT!!!!" one more time, I am going to do something drastic! Probably

to the person saying it!

Have

you spoken to Missy since yesterday? Did she say why she didn't get together?

She told me that she had gone out and done all her

errands, because she figured I didn't want to go to all the places she

had to. And we had discussed it the night before, the ONLY place

I didn't want to go was the laundry mat, because of the fragranced detergents,

and it was ONLY because I would have left there by 911 ALS ambulance!

So it kind of makes sense why I didn't want to go. We could have

gone, she run in put the rugs in the washer/dryer etc. and we could have

gone to get something to eat, and just do it outside... she gets her rugs

washed, I don't go away in an ambulance....

Have

you told her how you feel about it? She could have let you know!!Grrr!!!

She knows!!!!!! She has been my best/closest

friend since I was a senior in High School! We met the summer before

my senior year. We were both in a Nursing Assistant class.... I was

the youngest!

I have made medicine my blood, sweat, and tears.

But it was long before that too..... I have wanted to be a nurse since

December 1977 when my baby cousin died in the Neonatal ICU.

We had quite the conversation a few weeks ago!

Because after talking to her the few times, I always left with a huge nasty

feeling in my stomach. So I asked her point blank about some

of the bigger points/stressors in my life! The doctors & the

pretty diagnoses that they come up with because they are lazy and don't

want to actually find out what and why... my allergies are being so charming,

my fight with the doctors... over my allergies, my PTS, my screwed up life!

Basically she doesn't want to know or hear anything

about my health, my happiness (which isn't often), whatever.

So I am supposed to "JUST GET OVER IT"

.....it doesn't help that I was notified of PJ's release from prison on

Missy's birthday. I tried really hard NOT to let it affect her day.

So I didn't go to their (she lives with her mom & son) house for dinner

with everyone (her parents, brother & his kids, etc.) My NOT

going actually had MORE to with my allergies being set off BEFORE I even

knew that PJ was being released! Because I can't drive after injectable

Benadryl!

Basically no one, including my family wants to

hear about it, anymore. And I understand to a point, but I have tried

to be "positive" for everyone... I can't anymore because it is tearing

me up inside!!

I

know how it feels, i have no friends except one in Sydney (other side of

the country) and you guys online. I am very lucky to have my hubby who

is my best friend and would be lost without him. What i am trying to say

is hang in there, you deserve the best and happiness in abdunance!!

I am sure you will be hearing from me again soon!

Having problems writing your own name.... glad I

am not the only one that does that. Thank Goodness, for automatic

spell check before sending!

I have spelled my name as.... Amme, instead of

I had to laugh, Antoine, because today I had an almost identical email

from my son and daughter-in-law from America whose new baby Kombucha,

which I sent about a week ago, is also safely established in a similar

size container on top of their fridge :-)

They used a mixture of green and black teas for their Kombucha.

Wish you all well, and of course, patience.

First brews do tend to take longer ... but it will get there ;-)

All the best woth blessings!

LOL! Maybe it's a clone rather than a twin?

I wonder what they would talk about ;-)

Margret:-)

P.S. Is Golden Yunnan a green tea?

The Yunnan I sometimes use, is.

No, this one is a gorgeous black tea.

When I have several scobies, i'll surely try with green tea and cane

sugar. (I am a tea lover, and have lots of good teas at home. Just

need to know first if the quality of the tea is transmitted to the KT ...)

Scobies things... " With the change of weather, my yeast is very

painful tonight " or " I hate my state of slave! My brewer drinks too

much KT! I have to work a lot without any social insurance! Please

help me getting out there!!! "

Antoine, I didn't know the French could be so funny ;-)

I've never listened that closely to any conversation by my scobys,

of which there are many... scobys, I mean.;-)

There is so much bubbling and blowing off of

'wind' that it is hard to hear anything intelligible or speech-like.

Have a good night!

Margret:-) much amused!

Antoine, :-)) I can totally empathise there: Being German, I can only

really be funny in English. Maybe, that's why I married an Englishman ;-)

Kombucha, however is multinational!! ;-)

You score 11 out of a possible 10 for that alone, I can't even write in French,

not being funny. Except possibly to the French trying to read it.

Sue,

That is wonderful! Thanks so much for sharing your great news! May I ask what

the autoimmune condition is that she is left with? I'm asking because I'm

wondering if it's similar to my son's situation. I'm hoping that he's close to

being able to come off meds. We've been trying to gradually back off his meds

to see if he continues to do well that way. But he does have periodic

motor/vocal tics (much, much less frequent than he used to) and I'm wondering if

that part will always be there or if he just continues to have infection. I

have had discussions with his LLMD on this but just curious what your daughter's

leftover condition is.

Thanks again for sharing and enjoy your daughter's good health.

My daughter is better! She's actually been doing well for awhile, but now it's

official. She's been discharged by her LLMD, declared recovered & is off abx

after almost 5 years! Seven years since the nightmarish symptoms began, three

years of missed school, almost 5 of abx, & the permanent " souvineer " of an

autoimmune condition triggered by the lyme (but well-managed). Her biggest

problems right now are which college to pick & her upcoming driver's test. It's

been a very long journey & I wasn't always sure the outcome would be so

positive. Her LLMD was sure, & so, we just kept going. For those of you at a

different place in the journey, I hope my good news gives you a little hope.

Thanks Sue for the upbeat message :)  I have three girls going through this and

myself.......only a year into it.

May I ask what is your daughters auto immune condition?  My 14 year old has

arthritis and IBS and just went in to get tested for more...........her GI doc

just told us that once one gets an auto immune condition that most likely you

will get more of them.......

Thanks - wish we could stop other auto immune stuff!!

Patty & Diane,

My daughter's " left-over " condition is narcolepsy- as of recently considered to

be an autoimmune neurologic problem. She will always require medication, but

managing one condition is nothing compared to all of the symptoms & problems

that come with the Lyme.

Hang in there. If you are lucky enough to have a good LLMD, keep the faith.
