Achilles tendon-enthesitis?

I have been taking 10mg of Methotrexate for only 2 weeks (this Friday

will be my 3rd wwek) and already, my psoriasis on my legs has

improved!!!! I am very happy and am wondering how long it might take

for my joints to feel better? I have a large lump on the back of my

achilles tendon, and the Rhuemy and Podiatrist say it's enthesitis and

probably due to the PA. The Podiatrist gave me foam heel wedges to put

in my shoes and said that will take the strain off my achilles tendon.

Also I will start physical therapy soon. So, my main question is how

long did it take for those of you on Methotrexate to get improvement in

their joints? Thanks
