Finger and Toenail problems

I have had several toenails just bubble up and after a couple of weeks, fall

off. I also have fingernails that split and peel back clear into the skin. Is

anyone else having this problem. It looks terrible! Do you know if you can put

polish on that thin little nail that is left after it falls off? Is there a way

to avoid this? It isn't nearly as painful as other aspects of this disease,

but it is uncomfortable...especially if I have to wear shoes. Summer sandals

help! Any ideas would be appreciated!
