Guest guest
What supplement brand did you use and what dosage? I'm an adult with severe fatigue at times and would be interested in trying as well as for my daughters. Thanks! Guest guest
I tried it with my teenage son................he took it up to 3 times a day. It gives him about 1-2 hours of energy..........sometimes. Then he crashes. It seems like it's the same as drinking caffiene, but without the jitters.
