I am in a Huge Flare...Dont know what to do...

Hi All,

First I would like to say thank you for this past year..Your

encouragement and feedback you have given me is precious to me..

In October I was taken off enbrel due to treatment I had to undergo

for barret's esophagus..I had cellular changes that was progressing

into the precancerous stage..My GI doc has not yet released me..I am

scheduled for another treatment in Feb..and will be rescoped in April

for another biopsy..My problem is the pain is getting unbearable...The

fatigue is taking over...I have numerous swollen joints..the p has

taken over my scalp..my hair is falling out..the p is in my ears and

on the outside around my ears..today my right elbow is so swollen and

painful it hurts to scratch my itchy head..I have a call into my

rheumy..which will talk with him tomorrow..but I am not sure what he

can do other than a round of steroids..He upped my pain medication..It

helps some..The enbrel was a great drug for me..It almost completely

took away the p and my pain was very tolerable..I can not get back on

enbrel until at least April..

Any feed back would be appreciated...Thanks again for you support..
