strep a infection while on abx treatment

My two oldest children both have Lyme and are being treated with abx by Dr. J in

Ct. This past week they both unexpectedly tested positive for strep A

infection. They were already on zithromax for a few weeks as part of their

protocol. Has anyone else had this pop up? Both kids were NOT showing the

usual sore throat, fever, white spots in back of throat symptoms. My daughter

was having chest pains with no known cause and I noticed one enlarged lymph on

her neck so I asked for strep tests. Any shared experience of Lyme and Strep

would be helpful.
