My daughters GI specialist insists on  her taking D3 - I think 4,000 per

day...........anyone ever go on Dr. Einsteins website - he makes it with

probiotics in it - have not tried it yet but thinking about it.............

I've tried to stay on top of the Vit D studies/info coming out. I thought

Marshall's protocol had, for the most part, been debunked as well? I too feel

better from sunlight (as long as it's not too hot out). I am very curious about

this lightbulb, I'm gonna take a look around! thanks for that!

I was just told that i have to take Vit D3, my level is very low, the dr said

its cause my bones are deteriorating. I have advanced degenerative disc disease.
