Buhner-Lyme Depression

1) Buhner, an herbal expert (who advocates using them in conjunction

with antibiotics) has an herbal protocol for healing Lyme, including several

that help with depression. I believe they have been helpful with mine; have

not yet tried them with 12 year old son. See his book: Healing Lyme and/or

website called: Planet Thrive.

2) I wouldn't trust your dr's conclusion that depression is due to

" puberty " . It's possible, of course, but sounds like a classic

Lyme-ignorant assessment.

3) Brainsfield, I believe, advises that ADHD/Lyme kids be treated for

Depression and ADHD symptoms separately from the Lyme. I don't know if

there is consensus on that.
