Thanks for responding!

I also got a call from my son's pediatrician a few miutes ago, saying his

globulin is low. Would you happen to know if this could be lyme or med related?

thanks

Judy

Definitely herx -- like Lyme itself, Herx can come in many forms.  Dr H gives

us PsyStabil drops to take and they help.

So sorry he's goig through this.  Taking actual mood stabilizers can help too

-- my daughter takes Seroquel and Cymbalta for the many neuropsych symptoms,

which definitely gt worse when she is herxing.

So sorry --

Natasha

I was wondering if a herx has to contain physical symptoms.

My son(age 8) has been doing rather well the past few months.

Most of his physical symptoms from the lyme are gone, except for his head

being very sensitive , to the point he cannot have gel in his hair to " stick it

up " because it hurts his head.

The doctor gave him flagyl, to be taken only on the weekend( which he just

started last weekend) and the past two days have been horrible. He has been

tantruming and crying over nothing, having panic attacks.Lots of ocd

issues. Saying he is going to run away etc etc He was doing so well and now

BAM!!!!

Could this be a herx?

thanks

Judy

Don't know about that.  Suspect it's the Lyme.
