Guest guest
I update my case from time to time so that newcomers are aware of alternate treatment plans that work for some people. My psoriatic Arthritis attack started very suddenly in Dec 2007. Within days I could barely function or sleep. In June 2008 I started 100mg twice daily Minocycline antibiotic and 50mg daily Diclofenac. I stopped the methotrxate the week I started antibiotic protocol and weaned off prednisone in 30 days. I got almost immediate relief from pain and was able to play golf again. In Feb 2009 I started Low Dose Naltrexone(LDN) which has allowed me to reduce my Minocycline to 100mg M,W,F and stop Diclofenac. I am pain free and have no new areas of pain involvement. vinnylid
