Lyme literate Dr. who takes insurance in N. California?

My son is being treated by a Lyme doctor (private pay) and my ex-husband has

taken me to court to get an Independent Medical Exam by another doctor who is

covered by insurance, because he doesn't want to pay his share of the bills. I

am looking for ( but not finding!) a doctor who has some knowledge about Lyme

and also can do an exam and takes insurance. I am concerned about going to a

doctor who thinks Lyme is a two week illness. Does anyone have any suggestions

about how to find such a person? Thanks very much.
