Guest guest
Great I am mad as hell at my Dr. they keep messing up my script with MedCo for Test C. MedCo wants to send me 10 1ml vials of Test C and I have carpal tunnel and can't hold this dam little vial and get my dose out of it. To send out this small vial is nuts anyway. They talk about saving money yet sending this crap you lose half of it. So after talking to MedCo they said to have the Dr. send in a script saying Test C 10mls Vial of 200mgs/ml for multi dosing and they will send me a 10ml vial. I get an Emil today saying they sent me 10 1ml. vials I called them to put a stop on it to late. I asked why they sent it again this way and they said they have a note in my file they got the new script and called saying they don't have 10ml vials and the rep. told them to send what they can. I am so Dam mad about this the rep is not a Dr. and should not have said this. I know my Dr. would not say to do this we went over this just last week when I see him he put a note in my chart not to change my meds when called by MedCo. So I called my Dr.'s office and gave them a piece of my mind about this. She told me she is sure the Rep did this because the Dr. told her to. I told her if this is true I am going to stop seeing him and take all the men I sent there to see him with me. I don't believe he said this. What the He** am I paying for if I can't get what I need to He** is BCBS I am better off paying out of my pocket. I have so much trouble getting my meds from MedCo or Caremark it's a dam same. They get your money for your BCBS but try to get meds now. Ever med I need the most I now need per approval for it and it is only good for 3 to 4 months then I am told I need approval again. I am venting but dam sick of this crap. It took me 6 months to get this straight and this Rep mess it all up. At Dr. 's you can buy the meds for what my co payment is. Guest guest
Any Dr. that is willing to put his self out there on the forums will get raged on by some people out there that in joy starting trouble. I don't know to many Dr.'s that do what Dr. has done on the forums. I have been following him for yrs and have seen people post out of the blue slamming him and starting problems. So I know how he feels about this I don't think you meant anything by this but if you can find Dr.'s like him Dr. M is one of them and you do a search you will read them posts by them trouble makes. This dose not make it true. So lets just drop it. Guest guest
Thanks Marc, The reason I asked is because in my experience, doctors are either an expert in adrenal fatigue/thyroid or testosterone/growth hormone but, for some reason, not both. This is a complete paradox to me since if the adrenal glands don't work, nothing will work and for some reason, many doctors, even ones that profess to be experts in the field, don't understand that. Believe me, my adrenal glands would probably be healed by now if I had refused to do some of the things my doctors have recommended. If Dr. Crisler has extensive knowledge in both areas, then he be a remarkable doctor. Based on your experience, I probably will go see him next month. Guest guest
Marc, The 24 hour Urine panel is, most likely, testing your cortisol levels. So, it looks like he is trying to ascertain your adrenal health. Looks like you are in very good hands. Good for you! Guest guest
I'm only 32. I messed up my entire system about 10 years ago when I suffered a series of concussions while playing rugby in college. I was in grad school and completely crashed from the stress and pressure. So, I'm now home on medical leave trying to get this whole thing figured out.
