One needs to be monitored properly through a good GP when on TRT to monitor

adrenals and thyroid. I have had several patients that start TRT with low

thyroid then normalize. It really depends on the person age and the symptoms to

how treatment would commence. In younger people adrenal and thyroid manamgement

with clomid jumpstart with nutritent support along with finding what is causing

the imbalance is the first approach. In older people you want to them to start

feeling good and TRT usually helps out the most unless symptoms worsen. The best

approach is an intergrative approach

is things are being fixed and your body just needs to adjust to this. Your

going to feel some changes that will come and go from being in the extreme. And

as you get leveled off your not going to see them swings.
