Guest guest
No and I would not try it it will not make your T levels go up. Just a supplement using the word Testosterone to get your money. Guest guest
I am not an expert by any means, but I have looked at natural T items for a while. Looks like a lot of natural helpers for T and some items like licorice for cortisol and so forth. Licorice seems to help the half life of cortisol, meaning if your low on cortisol it can extend what you have to help out, but it can also raise blood pressure and has some other side effects. Increased cortisol life can help relieve worn out adrenals, which can be a cause of secondary T issues because LH is lowered because the body is using all resources to make cortisol. Overall in the proprietary blend all of those items may help with T production, but what concerns me is you only take 2 capsules for over 30 items, there can't be much product for any of them. Also for example in the " proprietary blend " there is really only 200mg total, I have tried a lot of those herbs but its usually in doses over 500mg each and I had a limited response to them that usually fades after a few days of continued use. Most of the product seems to be l-arginine at 1000mg, arginine increases blood flow by dilating blood vessels which can help with erections and so forth much like Viagra, but you usually take 3-5000mg of it for that effect. It also has DHEA in it, which can convert to T like a pro-hormone but from what I read DHEA is more likely to convert to E in men, not a good thing for someone with low T. There is also some nutritional items, but I wonder why they left vitamin D out as its important in hormone production, most of them items here seem to be geared to helping the adrenals out which is a good idea but I think you need more then what they give you (b vitamins 2-3 times a day) if you are trying to support the adrenals. Long story short, if their formula had a lot more of some of the products you might see some benefits from it if your secondary, especially if you are secondary due to adrenal fatigue. As is though, I think its an expensive product that probably isn't going to do much to fix T issues beyond the placebo effect. Guest guest
Some good points Matt, I feel if you just took Pregnenolone Natural Pregnenolone Cream it will convert down the chain of hormones into the ones your body needs and not over do it. Men at Dr. 's and myself are having good luck using this. I use Life-Flo 15 mgs Preg. cream. I find it helps make my Cortisol meds last longer and I am not up at night going to the bathroom. In this link to Hormones 101 you can read up on this. http://www.musclechatroom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=15849 Co-Moderator Phil > > > > > > > Any one tried this " progene " http://progene.com/articles.php > > > > > > > > >
