Guest guest
Like you I was fine until recently. Was doing good for an older guy! LOL Sex has always been a big part of my life until the last couple of years. Not bragging, but I lost count at the point of about 60 different females a number of years ago. As I have said before,....I can still get it up when it NEEDS to happen, but I just don't have the interest at all. You are a much younger guy than me, and I can only imagine how you feel about this,.......I would have been at my wits end at your age. I hope for me THAT area improves, but I am more concerned about being able to continue to function in my trade/business. I could retire as I have done pretty well for myself, but I really don't wish to sit on my rear all day growing fat deposits and waiting to go to bed. We have different issues, but it sucks for both of us!

Guest guest
Marc,.......I have 22 years on you brother! I am sure you will surpass my number once you get well. I think it might be around 75 now, so shoot to beat that by 48! LOL I have been monogamous to one woman,......that's what us old guys call 'girls' for the past 6 years. ) First time in my life BTW. I have lived a wild life per se, and I guess I might be paying for it now. Won't continue this any more, but will hope that you have a great result from your visit. > > > Its been rough on me. > > I can still get it up but the quality isn't good and libido is gone. Guest guest
Hi Marc. Good luck and please do post about your trip and visit with the doc. I'm scheduled to see him on 6/17. > > > Dear Group, > > I'm leaving tomorrow to see Dr. and my appointment is Thursday.
Guest guest
Hi , I'm scheduled to see Dr. on 6/17. Every little adjustment throws me off too, and I'm on a pile of thyroid meds and supps already, so I'm really concerned about it changing up too many things at once and crashing hard. This is some delicate work that we're doing and I, for one, have not managed it very well on my own but all of the wellness/homeopathic/alternative docs that I have seen have given me long lists of things to add and change, despite telling me to go slow, and I've felt awful every time. I'm really hoping for different with Dr. . > > Hey Marc, > > How far out did you have to schedule your appointment with Dr. ? > > I'm still on the fence about spending the money to go and see Dr. . Guest guest
Well, I'm finally here at the Hotel in Lansing. What a great town this is. The airport is great too. Well...I am working on my list of questions for Dr. . Don't want to forget anything important. For once, I feel emotionally better, just knowing I am going to go see the right Doctor. When I get back to the airport tomorrow, I'll def. be posting about my visit. - Marc PS: Phil thank you so much for telling me numerous times to go visit him. I probably would have never gone without your advice. You are truly an asset to this group and to the many people you have helped over the years. > > > > Hey Marc, > > > > How far out did you have to schedule your appointment with Dr. ? > > > > I'm still on the fence about spending the money to go and see Dr. . Guest guest
Marc,.......I hope things turn out well somehow for you. If Phil is correct and he gets " damn mad " about a patient saying anything about what he does to treat them, then he is most likely not for me. I am glad to learn that tidbit of info. Does he have you sign a form that you will not speak about your treatment to another person? I doubt he has a patent per se on anything,.....plus it's not like one individual is the same as another anyway. Whatever
Guest guest
Marc,.....I didn't mean to start anything. I am almost twice your age, and I guess my cynicism shows a bit more than a younger person. Just get to feeling better, as that is all that matters for your life right now.
Guest guest
I am actually glad you replied. First off I was only reading what Phil said about you getting 'damn mad.' Is that correct or not? I was responding to that basic comment when I said 'petty and juvenile.' My other comment about the 'quack' reference was not an accusation by any means. I simply said that if you punch up your name it comes back both ways. I don't know anything about you, nor have I read your 100K internet postings. I have no doubt that most docs who post on the internet have not been called the same, or any that go outside of traditional medicine. It seems I have hit a nerve somewhere that was not intended. Also I believe I said I understood how one person's treatment has no relevance to anothers,......correct? You didn't miss that by any chance did you? Since I know your feelings and the reasons for them now, I would suggest having your patients sign a non-disclosure form, as it would avoid any issue, or confusion leading to you getting mad. As far as me,.....I am probably the most laid back, and kindest person you could ever meet if you knew me. You decided to take shots at me, and attempt to turn me into some kind of a jerk. Why do you think I am here Dr.? I am here looking for advice to feel better, not to create a hellstorm of crapola. I am confused about where to turn at this point, plain and simple. If nothing else I appreciate you telling me that I am not welcome as a patient of yours. As far as your 'man up' comment goes,.....I don't get the point of it, but I would suggest you trying to do what I do for a living feeling the way I do, and then questioning whether I should 'man up' per se. Have a nice day Dr. . > > As far as " petty " goes, we'll just consider the source of the insult. Guest guest
Marc, I'm sorry to hear that you are discouraged but don't let it get you down too much. Guest guest
Ah, posted this before I saw the discussion about not posting about your treatment. Forget I asked about that. I do hope that you start feeling better soon, mentally and emotionally as well as physically. > Marc, I'm sorry to hear that you are discouraged but don't let it get you down too much. Guest guest
Mike, adrenal fatigue is going to be a very important issue for me too. I am pretty sure that the 24 hr urine is to measure cortisol production. Many alternative/wellness/etc docs use 4x/day saliva testing for this but I'm pretty sure that Dr. uses the 24 hour urine which is hopefully even better - I've done the saliva labs a few times (and always tested low-normal) but never the urine test. > > > > > > He didn't mention adrenal fatigue to me. Guest guest
Hey Group, I've been MIA for the most part. I should have the results my bloodwork and 24 urine test within a week. I am really curious of what they are going to say. For those who are unfamliar with my situation. I had great natural T levels, took TRT for about two weeks, then took Nolvadex to cycle off of it. Then used TRT for one day. My erection quality has improved (haven't been on nothing for a while). I still have some atrophy. Not sure what can be done about that. I don't want to be on TRT, maybe my system needs a restart, that's all. Libido is not like it was before I started TRT and Nolva. Still have some nipples issues. They are small normal size in the mornings, but through the day, they get larger. Dr. said I have minor gyno. Nothing serious. When I talk to Dr. , we'll go over the blood and urine labwork and take it from there. I won't be able to post my treatment, but I'll post what I can, just can't disclose my treatment (its the rules). I hope everyone is doing good on here. I really think the 24 hour urine panel will give me a lot of answers. I never had one before, I only had bloodtests in the morning, which had my T is a high range, yet I still have some problems. Hey Phil and Mark, I hope you guys are doing good. I plan to be more active on here again, just been super busy. Be well, all. Take Care, Marc > > > > > From: Bill Totten <bill_totten@...> > > > Subject: Re: Re: Well I'm off to > > Lansing tomorrow > > > > > > Date: Thursday, June 3, 2010, 9:33 PM > > > Wait a minute here! you didn't > > > offer me any coffee! > > > Bill Totten > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > ________________________________ > > > From: " Crisler, DO " <drjohn@...> > > > > > > Sent: Thu, June 3, 2010 4:06:51 PM > > > Subject: Re: Re: Well I'm off to > > Lansing > > > tomorrow > > > > > > > > > Marc- > > > > > > It was really nice meeting you finally. > > > > > > Ya, we sure got jacked up on that extra strength > > coffee, > > > eh? > > > > > > Be well! > > > > > > Regards, > > > > > > Crisler, DO > > > > > > Anti-Aging Medicine > > > > > > The information contained in this message is intended > > only > > > for the personal > > > and confidential use of the recipient(s) named above, > > and > > > is protected by > > > state and federal law.
