Could be the type food you are eating.Craving carbs? I have put on about 20 lbs

since being on test.I monitor every bite I eat and eating habits have never

changed.Didn't really think it was all muscle but in reality it prob is.Can

really tell it with a tight shirt as my arms look pretty cut thru it.Always had

skinny arms with little definition.Also my abdominal obliques are very

noticeable.Bottom line is my body fat is lower than when I first begun, so total

weight is not an issue.Phil

Dave I don't feel it's a good Idea to use both if you can get Cortef or HC meds

from your Dr. just switch to this and drop the Isocort. I started on Isocort

when I switched to Cortef I felt much better on this. Isocort is made for sheep

glans and 8 pills is said to = 20 mgs or cortisol. So when your mixing Isocort

with HC you have two different things going on here. Use one or the other not

both.

You would do better to drop the Isocort and just do the Cortef try 5 mgs 4x's /

day or 10 mgs in the morning if you feel bad and do 5 mgs at noon and dinner.

If after your on this 4 weeks and you find your not doing will take to your Dr.

about adding more 25 to 30 mgs / day.
