Hi Mike and Welcome,

I don't see this as a problem on the forums and I hit a few everyday. There are

a lot of Test C generics I have heard some bull crap from Dr.'s and people

working in drug stores have you tried other stores.

bottle on the shelf, although the price has increased maybe $15 or $20 for the

10mL. Since my original RX has expired almost 2 weeks ago, I will need to get

a new RX written.

Phil,

Thanks for your reply. Before posting my original message I had scanned the

last couple months of archives and was surprised to see no mention of shortage.

I got a new script today, faxed to Costco, and by the time I got to the pharmacy

after work, not only was the one bottle gone, but the 33 bottles available in

Costco's local system were also all gone (within 24 hours of my phone call to

them last night) . The pharmacist checked the manufacterer's availability

() and the note only stated " limiting supply " .

About 3 weeks back, after much internet searching, I had also tried to get a

10ML bottle from Drugstore.com. All they had in stock was the non-generic Depo

(which had also been in short supply). After sending my script " next day air " ,

the order was cancelled

" medication unavailable from manufacturer " .

If you or anyone in the group knows of a generic manufacturer who is not

limiting supplies, please let me know. The compounding pharmacy sounds like it

could be expensive (my insurance does not cover this -(not to mention a host of

other stuff).

About how much does a compounding pharmacy charge you (or your insurance Co) to

prepare a 10ML 200mg/mL bottle ?

Thanks again,

Mike

I started buying mine from Costco when my insurance changed and they wouldn't

pay for it. I used their mail order system and got it for $59 shipped. I got an

email and a call this month that they can't get the anymore and are

carrying Sandoz for $117! Too much for me. My cheapest option I have found so

far is getting it compounded at Medaus for $68 plus $8 shipping.

Looks like some types have been discontinued, but others are still

available. 200 mg/ml is the only strength offered now. DH got the

Sandoz brand from CVS in April with insurance for $15. If you're old

enough (50+), AARP has a prescription discount program that brought the

cost down for him last year, when insurance no longer would cover it.

Hi Guys

I am not sure about shortages but last T Cyp. I got my local Winn Dixie

pharmacy were I got the first one was out and said they couldn't get any

more. They sent me next door to CVS that had some in stock. Now you all

have me wondering.

For those who pay cash has any one ever tried this outfit:

http://steroidssupplier.com/ibTestosterone-cypionate-.html

I never did figure out where they were located. But the price seems

reasonable and they claim to have only legitimate product if you can believe

it. Brett

It's the first I head about this I just got off the phone with MedCo the keep

trying to send my 10 1ml. vials of Test C I had my Dr. fax them a Letter saying

I can't us this my hands are numb. They told me to have him say on the script

for multi dosing he did this. And the jerk filling it called his office and the

Rep that answer the phone told them to send what they have. I am so dam mad it

took me 6 months of having to buy this on my own to get this fixed and this dam

Rep that is not the Dr. and can't do this undid all my work. I can go to

Walmart Wallgreens and get it with a script all day long.
