I not sure about the kind of DIM your on if it's not tables I think it's not Indolplex/DIM and the kind in caps don't work very good. But doing 200 mgs is a lot my Indolplex/DIM is a 120 mgs tablet and I was cutting this in half. So if you lost your wood and you stop the DIM and your wood comes back go back on it but take less.
