Only one way to tell stop the DIM and see or do labs. I not sure about the kind

of DIM your on if it's not tables I think it's not Indolplex/DIM and the kind in

caps don't work very good. But doing 200 mgs is a lot my Indolplex/DIM is a 120

mgs tablet and I was cutting this in half.

So if you can cut it because i have patietn that does this how i found out about

it.

Yes but you need to gage it by your wood as long as you have good strong night

time and morning wood your levels are good. So if you lost your wood and you

stop the DIM and your wood comes back go back on it but take less.

I would add TMG because your liver is probably over flooded frome exposure to

daily toxins then to have more estrogens metabolites added is too much for it.

When I take DIM I need sam-e works better.

I even like iodoral
