Guest guest
Currently on Anastozole sinc my estradiol went up to 60. Dr. suggested 7 keto instead of DHEA. Does anyone have any thoughts on this.
Guest guest
There may or may not be a correlation with benign prostatic hypertrophy. I just went though this with a close family member; after 3 prostate biopsies the docs admit to finding only some inflammation. I have had good results for 10 years with products from Graminex.com The Prostanex and the pill of the cernilton, both together. Give this a try, I do not know of a down side and there have been positive clinical results published by good medical school researchers. Tom > > Hi Doc Crisler, > I am on again off again with DHEA at 25mg daily because of a PSA of 4.5. I want to continue on with DHEA as I'm 64 and find it helps me. Can I take DHEA and 7 keto at the same time? Should I be worrying about the PSA business? I have been using Testim and or Androgel for over four years. > > Cheers, > >
Guest guest
Rob I hope Dr. sees this he is not hear everyday but one thing you need to know about PSA labs if you had an orgasm a few days before the test is can look higher also being Dehydrated will mess with the test. Never make a change on one lab do it again if a week or two to be sure. I would say taking DHEA or 7Keto but not both at the same time there was something I read about this a long time ago can't find it. I must say in all the yrs. I took 7keto my labs never go better and I never felt better on it or DHEA. Did you ever have your Adreanls and Thyroid checked DHEA takes a hit if this is a problem. A lot of men with low Testosterone have this problem. http://livingnetwork.co.za/hormones/adrenal-fatigue/ One way to check this at home is to take your morning Basal Temp. before getting out of bed read this link. http://drbate.com/Ref/thyroid.html Co-Moderator Phil > From: rjamestemple@... <rjamestemple@...> > Subject: Re: 7 keto v DHEA > > Date: Wednesday, June 2, 2010, 7:06 PM > Hi Doc Crisler, > I am on again off again with DHEA at 25mg daily > because of a PSA of 4.5.
