Guest guest
Eat Right for Maximum Ejaculate Nutrition plays a great role in determining both the content and volume of your ejaculate. Naturally, a balanced diet is essential for good sexual health, but the vitamins, minerals and supplements listed below can have a dramatic effect on the volume of ejaculate your body produces. The supplement L-Arginine is an amino acid the body uses for a variety of important chemical and cellular processes. . .it is also believed to help you produce more volume of ejaculate. 500mg daily and (this is important...) 1,000mg 30-40 minutes prior to sexual activity. Like all natural supplements, you must be patient and allow your body's " storehouse " to build-up. This period takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending upon the individuals baseline health and metabolic rate. Zinc - One of the nutrients most critical for prostate health. The prostate needs 10 times more zinc than any other organ in the body. It is vital for preventing prostate problems. Unfortunately, 90% of men consume diets deficient in Zinc because most of our food is processed. Irving Bush and Associates at Chicago's Cook County Hospital tested the effectiveness of Zinc supplementation on men with prostate problems. All patients reported symptomatic improvement while almost 80% had palpable shrinkage of the prostate gland. RDA is 15 mg...we recommend 45 mg per day. Lycopene - is a natural anti-oxident that is prevalent in tomatoes. Recent studies show it to have roughly twice the power of Beta-Carotene and 10 times the strength of Vitamin E, when it comes to protecting and healing our bodies from the damage of free radicals which are the cancer precursors. In fact, free radicals are now considered to be one of the main causes of disease and aging. In a process known as oxidation, they accelerate the breakdown of our cell's structure, thereby damaging the DNA and weakening our immune system. A four year study at Harvard University set out to see whether the five major antioxidants found in fruits and vegetables would have any beneficial effect on prostate cancer. Of the five, only Lycopene was found to have a direct link. They found that of the 50,000 healthy males studied, those who ate at least 10 servings of tomatoes or tomato based products per week were 33% less likely to develop prostate complications than those who never ate them. Researchers concluded that the active antioxidant in tomatoes, Lycopene, significantly reduced the risk of prostate difficulties and improved its function. We recommend 10-12 servings of tomatoes or tomato based foods per week. Do not use or ingest if allergic. Beta-Sitosterol - is another nutrient that may benefit men with prostate problems. One double blind study of 100 men showed that Beta-Sitosterol taken over a six month period improved urine flow, reduced the size of the prostate and led to subjective feelings of improvement. Niacin - is important for many cellular processes. Supplementation with extra niacin in your diet will promote increased blood flow to all parts of your body. .. .including the scrotum and testicles. Guest guest
I can't say being on TRT dose this to men, sex problems are mostly about high Estraidol levels or to low. For me to stop TRT so my Ejaculate Volume is more. It's not worth it more Volume dose not make if feel better and I just can't stand how bad I feel when my T levels fall to low. If you keep this up day to day changing your mind about your health your never going to feel better. It can take a good yr. to get leveled off and balanced you don't give it time. I see this everyday on the forums guys post how bad they feel and can't get there Dr. to put them on TRT. Then when the go on it after a short time they forget how bad they felt and what to stop TRT because they are not doing as good as they feel they should be. These guys play with there dose by the week some by the day. I see guys posting one day they have no libido and are stopping TRT but they had no libido to speck of before TRT. Same with Thyroid one day they feel off and change there dose of meds. Then they end up worse off and post what should they do. I tell them do what your Dr. told you to do if you don't feel he is doing the right job by you find a new one but keep on your meds until the new one tells you different. You are seeing one of he top Dr.'s out there talk to him and do what he tells you and give it time. Guest guest
I am doong what Hertoghe tells me to do except taking GH - Yet. I had AMAZING sex-drive before I started TRT. My theory is that TRT converts Testo into E2. But before TRT, my own testo was just testo, hence my perfect sexlife! Ok, I'll Stick with TRT longer. 8 months so far, with a 1 month break in the summertime - in Which I felt SO great sexually! I never had any issues with sex, ever! That's why I am so sad now. Thanks for writing/pepping me up, Phil! Guest guest
I have been at this 30 yrs it's still a work in progress. But it keeps getting better talk to your Dr. about trying Preg. of Prog. cream. I am on Preg. 10 weeks my labs went from very low to 117 now I am on Prog. cream my labs are at the bottom <0.5. Been on this 6 weeks now my sex drive is through the roof. Before trying this Prog. cream having sex with my wife there was no time for fore play I could only keep it up 15 to 20 min.'s. Now I feel like having sex everyday and now we can have fore play as long as we want. So as long as I keep my E2 levels in the sweet spot and doing the Prog. cream Sex is great. My wife got sick of me jumping her every night so she moved out of the bedroom 4 days ago told me get a girl friend. Last night after we went to bed in our own bedrooms. About an hour later she came in bed with me. So I guess if the sex is good women will come back for more. Guest guest
When I started TRT, I was on antidepressants. I had no libido, poor erections, and almost no ejaculate(when I could get that far). After awhile on Androgel, the first 2 problems went away, and I create a flood. Guest guest
I Think it's about how the body conerts things. I was fine on DHEA, Thyroid and Hydrocortison. But when I added Testosterone gel, I got all weird with " lagging vision " and lower sexdrive/weak ejaculate and low amount of ejaculate. Guest guest
When we are low on hormones and add them to the body it reacts to this is some strange ways. This is why you need to get leveled off and hold this so your body can adjust to the new levels. Guest guest
I have heard from experts to expect a lower ejaculate volume in TRT. I never found this to be the case at all. I too apply androgel and, if anything, ejaculate volumed increased or at least stayed the same. The viscosity and color does vary ejaculate to ejaculate. Stay hydrated, take zinc and maca and go a week or so without ejaculating you will be quite surprised  your next sexual experience ________________________________ From: First NameSteve L <slucian1@...> Sent: Tue, December 7, 2010 11:49:31 AM Subject: Re: Sperm/Ejaculate volume!  When I started TRT, I was on antidepressants. Guest guest
I drink at least 2 liters of water every day, I always did. I take 30 mg Zinc Citrate daily. BUT I CAN NEVER GO 1 WEEK WITHOUT AN ORGASM! Barely 1 day. I prefer 1 to 5 orgasms a day. Preferably with a girl, not just alone. Yes, I do sense a lower sexdrive now that I am on TRT, but I am forcing myself to think about sex because I naturally always did so. For almost 32 years (well, since entering puberty at age 12) I've been a sexual creature. Since TRT started in March this year, things have gone up and down. Right now, it's very much down. I am usually a 10 out of 10, now I feel more like a 2.5 out of 10. It's not good at all. I can only hope my testosterone levels will increase, and that it doesn't get converte into E2. I already have slight manboobs from starting on TRT. Hertoghe never told me to take arimidex or anything else against these problems. I was given something to stop my hair from falling out, but most people I talk to strongly advice against taking that medication, so... Can't remember its name! I want my ejaculate and horniness back!!!!!! It is who I am! A horny person! It was all I had left after getting severely sick 3 years ago... My sexual me was KEPT... Til now! :-( > > > From: <gibcast@...> > > Subject: Sperm/Ejaculate volume! > > " " > < > > > Date: Tuesday, December 7, 2010, 3:33 AM > > I want it back!!! I dont want this > > weak and gooey thing! Hi, what are you doing to control e2? DIM? arimidex? if you're in an optimal range (upper triple digits for test and 20-30 for e2) why are you on test anyway? I figure to go 2 days is MAX... Saturday and Sunday afternoons maybe 2 hours MAX between " events " (2-3 each day) I'm going to add some zinc... I used to do it regular but ran out and didn't get more (was using a calcium/magnesium/zinc all in one). have started the cialis every day thing... or rather an " adcirca " every day routine (same drug, different brand name for different purpose... these things were discovered for ED by accident while researching heart meds... it's just that only tadalafil(sp?) lasts long enough to be practical)
