Guest guest
Phil, you posted a few days ago that Chillin (?) said raising thyroid might help with your estradiol, and your thyroid labs are on the low side, so his argument does have merit. If you follow Dr. no's advice, you are low on most counts, and looks like you could stand more T4 AND T3. The connection with the estradiol is that the liver is the main source of estrogen clearance, and the liver needs energy from thyroid to function well. Your SHBG is also on the low side, and also confirms low thyroid. A higher number, 30-40, make the testosterone last longer so you shouldn't have to inject so often. > TSH, 3RD Generation 2.61 range 0.40 – 4.50 mIU/L. Guest guest
I was told the exact same thing from my doc concerning my low thyroid and estrogen (estradiol). He said that my low thyroid is contributing to my test C converting to estrogen. Guest guest
I can't do more T3 I am on 5 mcgs 2x's per day Dr. gave me it for 3 x's / day but every time I try it 3x's / day I go hyper. Being on the Preg. and Prog. cream lowered my Thyroid levels. We talked about stopping Preg. and re doing labs in 8 weeks. My RT3 is high labs are not back for this and I hate this about Quest labs but Labcorp is not any better. So if I add more T4 I am just going to push up RT3. My Dr. said the supplements I need to take for the Statin Drug damage was having an effect on the Prog. cream I used so I am off the creams. I have all ways had a lower SHBG even when I was on Armour and my FT3 was at the upper end of the range. And when it was very high in the 50's due to high E2 levels I still needed a lot of Testosterone I just eat it up as fast as I take it. I think I need to go back to what I was doing before even trying HGH I did my best then. My Thyroid was up and I did not need as much Testosterone and just ..25 mgs of Arimidex every 2 to 3 days kept my E2 in check. As you can see my muscle enzymes have not yet returned to baseline values. Due to statin drug damage. So my body is in a lot of stress and I went over what Chilln said with my Dr. and yes it's all true. But he feels with all that is on my plate we should work on the real bad things first. And what Chilln was saying about Preg. or Prog. cream and Cortisol levels did go up 18.7 from 12 but did not do a thing for my estradiol levels. Guest guest
Phil, I'm sorry you've got so much on your plate. The only thing I can think of is that you need more HC, because that's the hormone that's supposed to deal with pain. You cannot actually be hyper at those thyroid levels, though you could feel hyper, which is actually an intolerance. (I have Graves', so I use the medical definition of hyper.) That's usually caused by low cortisol or low ferritin, and since your ferritin is way up now, I'm thinking your cortisol is too low for your pain levels. The thing with rT3 is it's not always from too much T4. It can also be from low cortisol or ferritin or body stress, which yours is certainly under. If your SHBG has always been low even with better thyroid levels, then I would wonder if you have insulin resistance. The observation that low cortisol causes high estrogen was made by Dr. Plechner, a veterinarian who saw it in every single animal that had problems. Guest guest
Yes we talked about this but we need to see what happens when my Preg. levels come down first. Then we will see what he can do to fix this right now I am to do my Shots at .4 mls down from .5 mls if I have feeling of high E2 I am to go down to .3 mls on my next shot. If this helps I then go back up to .4mls. So far this is working I did a shot yesterday at .4 mls and needed less meds for E2. Today do far no meds for E2. Guest guest
Phil, when researching pregnenolone I read that the pregnenolone can help the body make more of its own. Who knows how that was concluded, but it could explain why you continue to have more pregnenolone than before you started the cream. Or maybe the pregnenolone just stores well in the fat. Just thought I'd throw that out there. -Nigel On 27 January 2011 11:02, philip georgian <pmgamer18@...> wrote: > > > Yes we talked about this but we need to see what happens when my Preg. > levels come down first.
