Guest guest
Marc bear with me here not feel all the great, I don't understand your question here are you saying on 04/01/09 your TT levels were 1068 not on TRT. Then you went on TRT and they came down to 792 When you say you were on TRT and I took Nolvadex you did this both at the same time. I need more info about when you started TRT what you were taking and what your levels were before going on TRT. You should not do Nolvadex and Testosterone meds at the same time. The T is shutting you down and the Nolvadex is trying to start up up. It's like putting your car against a break wall and trying to drive it. And you need to be off Nolvadex for a time 2 or 3 week not sure before testing Estradiol. Your feeling like you are sounds to me like your suffering from Adrenal Fatigue read this link. http://livingnetwork.co.za/hormones/adrenal-fatigue/ On your last test if you were not on TRT and Nolvadex your levels are dam good and you don't need the cream. Look at your Cortisol and Thyroid levels. Guest guest
What am I missing? Why are you trialing with Nolvadex and TRT whew your natural T levels seem normal if not optimum for your body? The lowest level you posted was 792... a little low compared to the previous.... so deserved a better look but not Nolvadex. If I am reading correctly, T was 1068 w/o any TRT in April 2009? I would want to know your E2 in April and July as well as look at other factors including other hormones. > > > I was on TRT and I took Nolvadex: > > Baslines, Natural 04/01/09: > Test Total: = 1068 range: 25-1100 > Test Free: 04/01/09 = 2.09 range: 1.5-2.2 > Free Test: 04/109 = 223.2 range: 35-155 > LH: 3.7 Range: 1.5-9.3 > DHEA Sulfate: 413, Range: 110-510 > > Natural Testosterone Baselline: 07/10/09 > Test Total: = 792 range: 25-1100 > Test Free: = 1.89 range: 1.5-2.2 > Free Test: = 149.7 range: 35-155 > > Test of TRT and Nolvadex: 10/14/10 > Test Total: = 1106 range: 25-1100 > Test Free : = 2.01 range: 1.5-2.2 > Free Test: = 222.3 range: 35-155 > LH: 10.9 Range: 1.5-9.3 > DHEA Sulfate: 255, Range: 110-510 > Estradiol, Free : 0.89(h) > Estradiol % Free: 2.33 (h) > Estradiol: 38 (H) > > > Newest Blood Work, 01/22/10 > Test Total: = 836 range: 25-1100 > Test Free : = 2.22 range: 1.5-2.2 > Free Test: = 185.6 range: 35-155 > LH: 6.0 Range: 1.5-9.3 > DHEA Sulfate: 185, Range: 110-510 > > In summary, My LH skyrocketed after the nolvadex, it has been coming down. Guest guest
Here is the timeline of what I did. August 19th-Sept8th, 1 Gram, Testosterone Liposomal Cream, 10%, 100mg daily. Sept8-Sept 21, Nolvadex-D, 20mg daily (lost weight, a lil hair, and libido is gone). October 2-8, 1g Testosterone Liposomal Cream, 10%/100mg, daily. October 6, Nolvadex-D 20mg, qty: 1 October 8-10, 2g Testosterone Liposomal Cream, 10%/100mg, daily Yes in April, my T was naturally 1068 (no TRT). Also the labs dated 07/10/09 are natural baselines. 10/14/09 and on are after the incident. I don't have a baseline of my E2. What other values are you interested in, I have tons of them. Thank you for your help. PS: My symptoms are lethargy, severe depression, no energy, can't maintain erections, erection quality not good. Putting on weight in my abdomen region. Lost muscle mass, overall, I just feel terrible. I also have test. atrophy. My TRT doc wants to put me back on Test, but I don't want to touch anything. He seems more interested in giving me Test more than anything else > > > > > > I was on TRT and I took Nolvadex: > > > > Baslines, Natural 04/01/09: > > Test Total: = 1068 range: 25-1100 > > Test Free: 04/01/09 = 2.09 range: 1.5-2.2 > > Free Test: 04/109 = 223.2 range: 35-155 > > LH: 3.7 Range: 1.5-9.3 > > DHEA Sulfate: 413, Range: 110-510 > > > > Natural Testosterone Baselline: 07/10/09 > > Test Total: = 792 range: 25-1100 > > Test Free: = 1.89 range: 1.5-2.2 > > Free Test: = 149.7 range: 35-155 > > > > Test of TRT and Nolvadex: 10/14/10 > > Test Total: = 1106 range: 25-1100 > > Test Free : = 2.01 range: 1.5-2.2 > > Free Test: = 222.3 range: 35-155 > > LH: 10.9 Range: 1.5-9.3 > > DHEA Sulfate: 255, Range: 110-510 > > Estradiol, Free : 0.89(h) > > Estradiol % Free: 2.33 (h) > > Estradiol: 38 (H) > > > > > > Newest Blood Work, 01/22/10 > > Test Total: = 836 range: 25-1100 > > Test Free : = 2.22 range: 1.5-2.2 > > Free Test: = 185.6 range: 35-155 > > LH: 6.0 Range: 1.5-9.3 > > DHEA Sulfate: 185, Range: 110-510 > > > > In summary, My LH skyrocketed after the nolvadex, it has been coming > down. Guest guest
The Nolvadex could be what is hurting you. People forget half of the drug in the pills of that class acts like estrogen! That is why during my HPTA-Restart Protocol sometimes guys may get a huge increase in T but they still don't feel good. The added E from the SERM-class drug obliterates positive subjective report. They also take it thinking it lowers E. They do not. They block E at some receptors, act like E at others. Can actually RAISE E. People take that stuff like it is candy. It is not. And no one knows what they do to adult males long term. Be well! Guest guest
The Nolvadex-D can make your feel like your feeling and your Estradiol levels can't be tested until your off this for a time. Your last set of labs look dam good to me I would not do any TRT and let your body adjust it's making T on it's own. If in a 2 weeks your not feeling better do some labs on Estradiol do a Quest labs test for Sensitive Estradiol #4021 the range is 13 to 54 pg/ml the Nolvadex you were on can lower it to low or make it to high. If your levels are over 30 pg/ml then you need to take something to bring this down I would use Indolplex/DIM to do this we can take about this later. If your test levels fall back down your Secondary and you would need to get an MRI on your Pituitary to rule out a tumor it's rare to be cancer. So far it looks like your making your own T and you just need to give it time. See how your doing. Guest guest
I have been off the Novladex for five months. I will get that test done, however. I think you are on to something. I will get my E2 results back soon too. I emailed Kim at Dr s to see if there docs in my area that will work with him. I would like to hear what Dr thinks. I know he is the doc I need to see I'm saving my money so I can see him, my insurance doesn't cover anything. THX Phil. I would be lost without your help. Guest guest
So Nolvadex can have some long lasting effects even after five months. I will email my doc and get this test done. THX Phil. Enjoy the game tonight. Guest guest
No I don't feel that the lasting effects of Nolvadex last a long time but if it made your Estradiol levels go up some times they will stay up as long as your Testosterone levels stay up it's the Testosterone the Nolvadex made your body make that can convert into Estradiol. Anything the Nolvadex did to your body is gone by now but the Estradiol will hang in there as long as your Testosterone levels stay up. So test this if it's over 30 pg/ml get it down and it might just stay down also doing this will Free up any Testosterone that is bound up by the high Estradiol levels. So your levels of T can go even better. Guest guest
I got my E2 results back: 01/22/10 Estradiol, Free PG/ML = 0.45 Estradiol, Free % = 2.04(H) Range: 1.25-1.85 Estradiol, 22 Range: < or = 29 So my free E2 is high, it has been slowly coming down, but I think this explains everything. My Doc says its coming back to baseline (I don't have a baseline for E2). I think this explains everything. Lack of libido, ED problems. Would i need to take a DIM or Arimidex to feel better? Dr. was right about this, as long as my Test is high, the E2 will remain high. > > > I was on TRT and I took Nolvadex: > > Baslines, Natural 04/01/09: > Test Total: = 1068 range: 25-1100 > Test Free: 04/01/09 = 2.09 range: 1.5-2.2 > Free Test: 04/109 = 223.2 range: 35-155 > LH: 3.7 Range: 1.5-9.3 > DHEA Sulfate: 413, Range: 110-510 > > Natural Testosterone Baselline: 07/10/09 > Test Total: = 792 range: 25-1100 > Test Free: = 1.89 range: 1.5-2.2 > Free Test: = 149.7 range: 35-155 > > Test of TRT and Nolvadex: 10/14/10 > Test Total: = 1106 range: 25-1100 > Test Free : = 2.01 range: 1.5-2.2 > Free Test: = 222.3 range: 35-155 > LH: 10.9 Range: 1.5-9.3 > DHEA Sulfate: 255, Range: 110-510 > Estradiol, Free : 0.89(h) > Estradiol % Free: 2.33 (h) > Estradiol: 38 (H) > > > Newest Blood Work, 01/22/10 > Test Total: = 836 range: 25-1100 > Test Free : = 2.22 range: 1.5-2.2 > Free Test: = 185.6 range: 35-155 > LH: 6.0 Range: 1.5-9.3 > DHEA Sulfate: 185, Range: 110-510 > > In summary, My LH skyrocketed after the nolvadex, it has been coming down. My Test seems to great, I'm 26 and a college student. My DHEA has fallen dramatically, I am still waiting the latest etradiol figures. I'll post em asap. My LH hasn't returned to baseline. > > I still feel depressed, no energy, lack of libido, can't sustain an erection, I have test. atrophy, I feel like I've aged 15 years through this whole incident. > > My TRT doc wants me put me back on the Test cream, but I don't want to unless absolutely necessary, and my test levels are good. > > I can't find out what's wrong with me, and I can't afford to see Dr. right now. Guest guest
As long as your Test is high how high I don't feel it's a good idea to lower Test levels to keep E2 levels down. I myself don't and did not feel better below the upper 1/3 of my labs range and your Ultra E2 test at 22 is great that is the same as doing the sensitive test at Quest #4021 with a range of 13 to 54 20 pg/ml is the best level. Do you now have night time and morning wood at this level and did you test your SHBG is it's on the low side like 20 you might need your E2 at about 15 this is where mine ends up when I have good wood. I feel your best bet is time your not on TRT now and don't need anything to being down your E2 it's fine just let time do it's job your libido will come back up it takes time. Don't do anything just give your body time to adjust and go back to normal. Guest guest
THX Phil. I have morning wood sometimes but not of great quality. At night maybe once every week or so. I'm not on anything now. I didn't get tested for SHBG. I would like to note my LH is still higher than baseline by almost double. Could that be contributing to the high E2? Maybe my body is producing more T than normal thus resulting in higher E2. I also put on fat localized to my abdominal region and my nipples feel itchy at times. On a positive note I have been getting spont. Erections of good quality. THX again Phil. Guest guest
No your LH tells your testis to make more Testosterone if it's high above the top of the range and your Testosterone levels are above 500 to 600 they are still asking for more I don't ever remember seeing this happen. Bu if your Total T levels are low say under 500 the high LH means your body needs higher levels of T and your testis can make it. Still I would give your body some time just keep testing every 8 to 12 weeks.
