Guest guest Posted February 18, 2010 Report Share Posted February 18, 2010 I haven't posted in a while...I'm still not feeling good, no energy, libido not good, still having ED like symptoms (I can get wood, but not keep it). I haven't been on nothing I am taking multi-vitamins, milk thistle, red yeast rice for cholesterol, I'm considering taking ZMA Test Booster (is that a good idea)? Baslines, Natural 04/01/09: Test Total: = 1068 range: 25-1100 Test Free: 04/01/09 = 2.09 range: 1.5-2.2 Free Test: 04/109 = 223.2 range: 35-155 LH: 3.7 Range: 1.5-9.3 DHEA Sulfate: 413, Range: 110-510 Natural Testosterone Baselline: 07/10/09 Test Total: = 792 range: 25-1100 Test Free: = 1.89 range: 1.5-2.2 Free Test: = 149.7 range: 35-155 01/22/10 Estradiol, Free PG/ML = 0.45 Estradiol, Free % = 2.04(H) Range: 1.25-1.85 Estradiol, 22 Range: < or = 29 Test Total: = 836 range: 25-1100 Test Free : = 2.22 range: 1.5-2.2 Free Test: = 185.6 range: 35-155 LH: 6.0 Range: 1.5-9.3 I don't understand E2, Free % being high. How does that affect my body? LH still higher than baseline. The nolvadex I took I believe caused that. I will get some more labs done in 7-8 weeks. Doc wants me to go back on TRT which I don't since I never needed it to begin with, he also went over all my labs in detail and now believes I'm on anabolic steroids (never touched the stuff). Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. > > > > > > > > > I was on TRT and I took Nolvadex: > > > > > > Baslines, Natural 04/01/09: > > > Test Total: = 1068 range: 25-1100 > > > Test Free: 04/01/09 = 2.09 range: 1.5-2.2 > > > Free Test: 04/109 = 223.2 range: 35-155 > > > LH: 3.7 Range: 1.5-9.3 > > > DHEA Sulfate: 413, Range: 110-510 > > > > > > Natural Testosterone Baselline: 07/10/09 > > > Test Total: = 792 range: 25-1100 > > > Test Free: = 1.89 range: 1.5-2.2 > > > Free Test: = 149.7 range: > > 35-155 > > > > > > Test of TRT and Nolvadex: 10/14/10 > > > Test Total: = 1106 range: 25-1100 > > > Test Free : = 2.01 range: 1.5-2.2 > > > Free Test: = 222.3 range: > > 35-155 > > > LH: 10.9 Range: 1.5-9.3 > > > DHEA Sulfate: 255, Range: 110-510 > > > Estradiol, Free : 0.89(h) > > > Estradiol % Free: 2.33 (h) > > > Estradiol: 38 (H) > > > > > > > > > Newest Blood Work, 01/22/10 > > > Test Total: = 836 range: 25-1100 > > > Test Free : = 2.22 range: 1.5-2.2 > > > Free Test: = 185.6 range: > > 35-155 > > > LH: 6.0 Range: 1.5-9.3 > > > DHEA Sulfate: 185, Range: 110-510 > > > > > > In summary, My LH skyrocketed after the nolvadex, it > > has been coming down. Guest guest Posted February 19, 2010 Report Share Posted February 19, 2010 Mark I never test Estradiol Free or Free % I only do Estradiol a sensitive test for men. The test you did Quest labs has been having trouble with the quilty of the test men are getting very low levels when they are to high. I have seen men that had felt to high have this Ultra. Estradiol test with the range of <29 have it come back saying they are <4. My Dr. tested this one time about a yr. ago by doing both the Ultra <29 and the Sensitive test 13 to 54 pg/ml range. The Ultra came back very low <12 but my Sensitive test #4021 came back high 28 and I felt I was to high. So with your Free Estradiol and your Free % being high it might mean your true Estradiol is high and this Ultra. test is wrong. I don't do the Ultra. test and a lot of other men don't do it. Even Dr. stopped using it. In 7 to 8 weeks do labs again but don't do the Ultra. test so the Sensitive Estradiol test #4021. In the mean time try getting some Indolplex/DIM here is a list I put together with the helps of Hardasnails. At this time with them levels don't go on TRT if you try Indolplex/DIM take one tablet at dinner time when your levels are good you will get some dam strong night time and morning wood the kind that wake you up. If this happens your at your best levels for Estradiol. Keep taking it but is your wood stop stop taking it. When your wood comes back go back on it that day but cut the tablet in half. ================================= ALL ABOUT DIM. Sure here is a few links that are all about it. But there are a lot of Co.'s out there selling DIM that don't work well. Indolplex/DIM is the best it dose not get killed in your stomach when you take it. Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a stable indole found in cruciferous vegetables which promotes a beneficial estrogen metabolism in both women and men. http://www.dimfaq.com/index.htm in this link it's full of links about it. http://qualitycounts.com/fpdim.html http://www.jbc.org/content/278/23/21136.full If you have DIM in caps it's not Indolplex so to take this and to get it to work open the cap pore the DIM into a spoon add some Olive oil and take it this helps to keep it from getting killed in your stomach. The following is some links to where you can buy Indolplex/DIM. http://www.vitaglo.com/e5336.html http://www.vitacost.com/EnzymaticTherapyEstroBalancewithDIM/searchby-PN/searchte\ xt-dim http://www.iherb.com/Enzymatic-Therapy-Pure-Rip-with-DIM-60-Tablets/12814?at=0 http://www.iherb.com/Enzymatic-Therapy-Pure-Rip-with-DIM-60-Tablets/12814?at=0 http://www.estrobalance.net/ http://www.easyhealthzone.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=PP0108 & click=71 http://www.nbizz.com/longevityclinic/listings/213.html http://www.drugnatural.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD & Store_Code=DMOS & Product_\ Code=156497 http://www.smartbomb.com/itindo9.html?utm_source=mercent & utm_medium=shopcompare & \ utm_content=itindo9 & utm_campaign=mbsdb & mr:trackingCode=C6AEFBD1-E681-DE11-B7F3-0\ 019B9C043EB & mr:referralID=NA http://www.ritecare.com/cgi-bin/cart.pl?db=product_db.dat & category=natural+medic\ ine & method=any_words & search=iti-75336 http://www.naturamart.com/phytopharmica-pms-formula-with-indoplex-120-caps.html Co-Moderator Phil > From: Marc M <MisterX225@...> > Subject: Re: Can some one help me analyze my blood work? > > Date: Thursday, February 18, 2010, 9:13 PM > > I haven't posted in a while...I'm still not feeling good, > no energy, libido not good, still having ED like symptoms (I > can get wood, but not keep it). Guest guest Posted February 23, 2010 Report Share Posted February 23, 2010 Hey Phil. I've been taking the Indoplex DIM every couple of days. I am having random erections again and morning wood. Seems to be helping. I think my E2 was high this whole time. Do you think I'm taking the DIM correctly? I take 1 every 2-3 days around dinner time. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > I was on TRT and I took Nolvadex: > > > > > > > > > > Baslines, Natural 04/01/09: > > > > > Test Total: = 1068 range: 25-1100 > > > > > Test Free: 04/01/09 = 2.09 range: 1.5-2.2 > > > > > Free Test: 04/109 = 223.2 range: 35-155 > > > > > LH: 3.7 Range: 1.5-9.3 > > > > > DHEA Sulfate: 413, Range: 110-510 > > > > > > > > > > Natural Testosterone Baselline: 07/10/09 > > > > > Test Total: = 792 range: 25-1100 > > > > > Test Free: = 1.89 range: 1.5-2.2 > > > > > Free Test: = 149.7 range: > > > > 35-155 > > > > > > > > > > Test of TRT and Nolvadex: 10/14/10 > > > > > Test Total: = 1106 range: 25-1100 > > > > > Test Free : = 2.01 range: 1.5-2.2 > > > > > Free Test: = 222.3 range: > > > > 35-155 > > > > > LH: 10.9 Range: 1.5-9.3 > > > > > DHEA Sulfate: 255, Range: 110-510 > > > > > Estradiol, Free : 0.89(h) > > > > > Estradiol % Free: 2.33 (h) > > > > > Estradiol: 38 (H) > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Newest Blood Work, 01/22/10 > > > > > Test Total: = 836 range: 25-1100 > > > > > Test Free : = 2.22 range: 1.5-2.2 > > > > > Free Test: = 185.6 range: > > > > 35-155 > > > > > LH: 6.0 Range: 1.5-9.3 > > > > > DHEA Sulfate: 185, Range: 110-510 > > > > > > > > > > In summary, My LH skyrocketed after the > > nolvadex, it > > > > has been coming down. Guest guest Posted February 23, 2010 Report Share Posted February 23, 2010 No this is not the way I tell men to take this but it's working for you so keep doing what your doing. I tell men to take one tablet at dinner time and to keep track of there wood when he comes back your in the sweet spot. I tell them to keep track of there wood and if it stops. This means your going down to low so just stop taking it until wood comes back. That day go back on it but cut the tablet in half. Your doing great keep doing what your doing. Guest guest Posted May 12, 2010 Report Share Posted May 12, 2010 I made my appointment with Dr. Crisler. Finally. I should have done this months ago. I see him June 3rd. Flying from FL. My symptoms are weird now. I'm not taking anything aside from a multi-vitamin. But I tend to fluctuate. Sometimes I have good wood, sometimes I don't. Sometimes I feel great, sometimes I don't. I recently had the sensitive E2 test done (awaiting results), I'll bring them to Dr. . I'm sure he'll figure out what's going on with my endocrine system. I will def. let you guys know, how everything goes! > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > I was on TRT and I took Nolvadex: > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Baslines, Natural 04/01/09: > > > > > > > Test Total: = 1068 range: > > 25-1100 > > > > > > > Test Free: 04/01/09 = 2.09 > > range: 1.5-2.2 > > > > > > > Free Test: 04/109 = 223.2 > > range: 35-155 > > > > > > > LH: 3.7 Range: 1.5-9.3 > > > > > > > DHEA Sulfate: 413, Range: > > 110-510 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Natural Testosterone Baselline: > > 07/10/09 > > > > > > > Test Total: = 792 range: > > 25-1100 > > > > > > > Test Free: = 1.89 range: 1.5-2.2 > > > > > > > Free Test: = 149.7 range: > > > > > > 35-155 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Test of TRT and Nolvadex: > > 10/14/10 > > > > > > > Test Total: = 1106 range: > > 25-1100 > > > > > > > Test Free : = 2.01 range: 1.5-2.2 > > > > > > > Free Test: = 222.3 range: > > > > > > 35-155 > > > > > > > LH: 10.9 Range: 1.5-9.3 > > > > > > > DHEA Sulfate: 255, Range: > > 110-510 > > > > > > > Estradiol, Free : 0.89(h) > > > > > > > Estradiol % Free: 2.33 (h) > > > > > > > Estradiol: 38 (H) > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Newest Blood Work, 01/22/10 > > > > > > > Test Total: = 836 range: > > 25-1100 > > > > > > > Test Free : = 2.22 range: 1.5-2.2 > > > > > > > Free Test: = 185.6 range: > > > > > > 35-155 > > > > > > > LH: 6.0 Range: 1.5-9.3 > > > > > > > DHEA Sulfate: 185, Range: > > 110-510 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > In summary, My LH skyrocketed > > after the > > > > nolvadex, it > > > > > > has been coming down. Guest guest Posted May 12, 2010 Report Share Posted May 12, 2010 If I may suggest, make a list of all the questions and issues you will have for him. I went and saw him and I wish I written some stuff down as I forgot to ask him a couple of things. He's a bright guy and he'll give you a lot of info in a brief amount of time.. so be ready to take notes. Good luck (and I'm curious to see what you think of him - I've seen him just once so far, about a month ago), Bill ________________________________ From: Marc M <MisterX225@...> Sent: Wed, May 12, 2010 12:33:36 PM Subject: Re: Can some one help me analyze my blood work? I recently had the sensitive E2 test done (awaiting results), I'll bring them to Dr. . I'm sure he'll figure out what's going on with my endocrine system. I will def. let you guys know, how everything goes! > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > I was on TRT and I took Nolvadex: > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Baslines, Natural 04/01/09: > > > > > > > Test Total: = 1068 range: > > 25-1100 > > > > > > > Test Free: 04/01/09 = 2.09 > > range: 1.5-2.2 > > > > > > > Free Test: 04/109 = 223.2 > > range: 35-155 > > > > > > > LH: 3.7 Range: 1.5-9.3 > > > > > > > DHEA Sulfate: 413, Range: > > 110-510 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Natural Testosterone Baselline: > > 07/10/09 > > > > > > > Test Total: = 792 range: > > 25-1100 > > > > > > > Test Free: = 1.89 range: 1.5-2.2 > > > > > > > Free Test: = 149.7 range: > > > > > > 35-155 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Test of TRT and Nolvadex: > > 10/14/10 > > > > > > > Test Total: = 1106 range: > > 25-1100 > > > > > > > Test Free : = 2.01 range: 1.5-2.2 > > > > > > > Free Test: = 222.3 range: > > > > > > 35-155 > > > > > > > LH: 10.9 Range: 1.5-9.3 > > > > > > > DHEA Sulfate: 255, Range: > > 110-510 > > > > > > > Estradiol, Free : 0.89(h) > > > > > > > Estradiol % Free: 2.33 (h) > > > > > > > Estradiol: 38 (H) > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Newest Blood Work, 01/22/10 > > > > > > > Test Total: = 836 range: > > 25-1100 > > > > > > > Test Free : = 2.22 range: 1.5-2.2 > > > > > > > Free Test: = 185.6 range: > > > > > > 35-155 > > > > > > > LH: 6.0 Range: 1.5-9.3 > > > > > > > DHEA Sulfate: 185, Range: > > 110-510 > > > > > > > > > > > > > > In summary, My LH skyrocketed > > after the > > > > nolvadex, it > > > > > > has been coming down. Guest guest Posted May 12, 2010 Report Share Posted May 12, 2010 I have very low levels of testosterone and never had ED problems with it. I got ED about 10 yrs later on TRT when my Estradiol levels went up. This is what killed my sex life men can have dam low levels of T and still get it up for sex they might not feel like it but it works.
