Can some one help me analyze my blood work?

I was on TRT and I took Nolvadex:

Baslines, Natural 04/01/09:

Test Total: = 1068 range: 25-1100

Test Free: 04/01/09 = 2.09 range: 1.5-2.2

Free Test: 04/109 = 223.2 range: 35-155

LH: 3.7 Range: 1.5-9.3

DHEA Sulfate: 413, Range: 110-510

Natural Testosterone Baselline: 07/10/09

Test Total: = 792 range: 25-1100

Test Free: = 1.89 range: 1.5-2.2

Free Test: = 149.7 range: 35-155

Test of TRT and Nolvadex: 10/14/10

Test Total: = 1106 range: 25-1100

Test Free : = 2.01 range: 1.5-2.2

Free Test: = 222.3 range: 35-155

LH: 10.9 Range: 1.5-9.3

DHEA Sulfate: 255, Range: 110-510

Estradiol, Free : 0.89(h)

Estradiol % Free: 2.33 (h)

Estradiol: 38 (H)

Newest Blood Work, 01/22/10

Test Total: = 836 range: 25-1100

Test Free : = 2.22 range: 1.5-2.2

Free Test: = 185.6 range: 35-155

LH: 6.0 Range: 1.5-9.3

DHEA Sulfate: 185, Range: 110-510

In summary, My LH skyrocketed after the nolvadex, it has been coming down. My

Test seems to great, I'm 26 and a college student. My DHEA has fallen

dramatically, I am still waiting the latest etradiol figures. I'll post em

asap. My LH hasn't returned to baseline.

I still feel depressed, no energy, lack of libido, can't sustain an erection, I

have test. atrophy, I feel like I've aged 15 years through this whole incident.

My TRT doc wants me put me back on the Test cream, but I don't want to unless

absolutely necessary, and my test levels are good.

I can't find out what's wrong with me, and I can't afford to see Dr. right

now. I am saving up however.

Can anyone give me their opinion what happened? I am really desperate. Thanks

all.
