Guest guest
PatiA, I just don't know what to tell you I don't jump on new meds anymore been down that road. And it's a long one if your HB and Son are doing OK. I would hold what they are doing and see how this new drug works out. Back in the day I was on a Compounded Testosterone cream and doing great on it but I needed to get a copy of the script and send it with filled out paper work to BCBS to pay for it. Then the Patch came out BCBS told me they would not pay for the cream but will pay for the patch. I made the switch and it was Hell I have red marks all over my body the patch left a red rash when I took it off and I could not get the glue off it had to wear off. I had to put up with this crap using HC cream to heal the rash so I could use the patch on the same spot in 7 days. I was very happy when the gels came out but they did not work for me very well I had very sore joints and muscles on it so bad I was house bound. I was on this for yrs until someone posted they had the same problem on gels and switched to shots and there pain was gone. I am on shots today and doing great on them but I don't do shots every week I do my shots every 3 days this keeps me more leveled and helps to hold down Estradiol and helps keep my blood thinner. I heard about this new gel but I am not going to try it I feel if it's not broken don't fix it.
