Interesting, but its not easy to get a doc to sign off on these kinds of tests.

Now for high estogen we look at the GI tracts and liver? So low T may not be

causing high estogen in males therefore, talk to your doc into being REFERRED to

another specialist who can better understand GI tract and liver results, then

travel back to your endo doc hoping he / she will connect your theory and high

estogen together.... OK

No give the DIM time to work what kind of DIM did you get I tell men to use

Indolplex/DIM it gets past your stomach. Your in the upper 30's if you don't

have involuntary nocturnal erections that appear during REM (Rapid Eye Movement)

sleep. Then your on the high side when it comes down your will get night time

and morning wood so strong it will wake you up this is your sweet spot. Read

How to take Indolplex/DIM take one tablet 120 mgs at dinner time it can take 2

weeks to 2 months to get your Estradiol levels down it’s all about how high

you are in your levels. What you need to do is get this down to about 20 pg/ml.

When you get this low your night time and morning wood will come back so strong

it will wake you up this means most of the time your at your best levels or what

I call the sweet spot. Keep taking the DIM but if your wood stops your going

down to low so just stop taking it. The day your wood comes back go back on

the DIM but cut the tablet in half. If your Testosterone was tested and low but

your not on TRT get it tested again you might find your levels came up some 200

to 300 points.

My Anastrozole comes in a pill and I need to cut it up into 4 parts. But now I

am going on Aromasin 25 mgs I am going to cut the pill in half and take it

everyday. I want to drive my E2 down to low I need a break for all the Panic

Attacks I have been having on Anastrozole.

Then I will stop taking it when I lose my wood until my wood comes back. I will

then go back on it but take it every other day see how that works.

I have yet to figure out how one can be on TRT and have good levels with good

Estraidol levels. If my TT and FT levels are low mid range the Testosteone dose

not support my joints and muscles. Now I suffer from pain in my muscles due to

a side effect of being on Statin Drugs.

GI drs with have no clue about what you are talking about, Being a health

counselor one of the area I focus on is proper detoxifcation of liver and gut.

Do you buy your Arimdex from alldaychemist Phil? I rather buy this than taking

those medium sized DIM pills which isn't easy to swallow at times....

Isn't the typical compounded anastrozole supposed to be pretty weak too? I

wonder if the fillers make the difference. Maybe try another generic?

I've wondered if why I actually get generic anastrozole to work for me without

a high dose is because I open the capsule up and sublingual the powder for at

least a few minutes before drinking the rest down. It's just an idea. I just

thought I'd help the stuff absorb better any way I can.

My intevention with drs is to find out the reason why people are experiencing

symptoms by examing the root cause which is validated by clincal data. Some

times its not easy to do, but I do love a challange.

No my health care plain pays for it but as each day goes by I lose more on my

plain. I know of a lot of people that buy from ADC it's safe and a good buy.
