Guest guest
A lot I read about testosterone relates back to nutrition, I have little doubt that T can be impacted by diet but I was wondering if anyone has had any real success in altering their diet? The main thing I see in common with these diets is increased fat intake (mostly good fats such as olive oil, fish, and nuts) and a elimination or strong reduction of high glycemic carbs as they tend to make us store fat with the insulin spikes they produce, and fat (especially belly fat) counteracts T production, and more protein intake. -Matt
Guest guest
It's a poor diet that can cause low T in men like they young men that over train in the gym and eat a poor diet trying to get there % of body fat down I see this all the time.
