Yes it can be low T and high Estradiol.

Belly fat is one of the MOST common symptoms of low T.  Some of the others are

low libido, ED, fatigue, and love for the NY Yankees.

Yes you can build better muscle and lose the belly but it takes time first you

need to get your levels right then little by little your body undoes any damage

done by having low T this takes time after all most of us don't get this way

over night. At my age now I don't feel I will ever see this happen.
