Guest guest Posted June 3, 2010 Report Share Posted June 3, 2010 Yes you can build better muscle and lose the belly but it takes time first you need to get your levels right then little by little your body undoes any damage done by having low T this takes time after all most of us don't get this way over night. At my age now I don't feel I will ever see this happen.
