Tina I am Jan..I live in Louisiana..It is hard finding out you have Hep-C but even harder when you are alone..I kno wthat for sure..My heart is with you and your worry about your husband..I know that is so hard on you..Now yes the biopsy hurt me too but "ouch" wasn't the word I used I promise you..Now TX is hard on some and easier on others..I guess it depends on you..It really does..Myself..I couldn't handle it..I hate to tell newbies that because it scares them but I just look at it like I am just weaker than they are..Everyone is different..Maybe you should hold off TX till after the vacation..Give yourelf an dyour hubby a little peaceful time first..Thst is just my opinion..It is nice to meet you though and welcome..I hope to see you on here again.My daughter was 17 when she made an oops..As far as telling family that is totally up to you..Some don't take it good..Some are understanding

I desided not to tell anybody in my family or his family that i have Hep-C. I just think they dont need to know we hardly ever see our families anyway. Moving all over the world and all. They will find out when they need to know, or i cant

Llweyn, I am so sorry you are having additional problems with your family. I know how much of your time is taken up with your mother and brother and now this added stress. I hope things get back to normal soon.

Thanks Cam for letting me know about this site. I've been keeping low, especially the past couple of weeks, because of a family crisis. As some of you may know that I caregive/advocate for my elderly mother and cerebral palsy brother, as well as deal with my own health issues. The crisis that I had to deal with was that we almost lost my sister-in-law, brother and their son in a break-in/attempted murder at the family farm on the prairies. My sister-in-law was the only one actually shot in the side and she had to have emergency surgery to remove the pellets and repair some organs. She is recovering very quickly now and will possible be out of the hospital in the next couple of weeks. Needless to say that this has taken a lot out of me where the odd message that I did send out, didn't come across the way I intended. So I kept quiet for the most part, except for the urgent messages.I have posted my scoliosis background info in the members stories. Darn that all stinks!

Of course you are allowed to vent here....I know when I was between

diagnosis and decision many a day passed where the tears would roll

down my cheeks as I said to myself, over and again, how unfair it

all was. It is amazing how, even at my young age (he,he,he)when the

chips are down, like a child I still wish for there to be some

mediator of " fairness " or " justness " in this world. Right.

These pity parties usually took place in the car when no one could

see me. Then I pulled my act together and just went on with it.

It is okay to be sad or angry that this hand of cards you have been

dealt right now really blows.

They are hunting here..I saw in the paper where my 2nd. hubby got him a 4 point..That's pretty good here but he will do anything to get his pic in the paper..Hum if mine was ever in there it wouldn't have a nice headline..LOL..Well Terry this is the 2nd to last race for this season..Jeff and Dale didn;t do very well this season did they?? Hi Diane We are moving next weekend. The movers are here next Wednesday to pack & Friday they will load the truck. Susy the dogs & I will head out on Saturday. We will get there Monday or Tuesday. Hey - guess what? I'm retiring! And - we sold our house - and are moving to Norway Maine! A little scary because we haven't found a place there yet. I feel sad about leaving friends where I've worked for 32 years but on the other hand this will be a great adventure. Can't wait to get a dog and chickens again. Wow!

lives. I hate change so I'm happy coasting.

I'm around Jan, Greg still hasn't found a job and

it's really hard on him. Me too, but he gets kinda

down especially when a good job doesn't come through.

So, he sometimes shuts down and I'm still going 500

mph.
