Guest guest
May I ask, why would you try pellet trt Phil? I thought you liked the independence of self-do trt over entering a docs office for the implant. My Endo doc, although I feel he has gone tired of my emails and from his case load, sends me my script and test requests in the mail each month. PA's and Nuses at med places here are fairly attractive and I have no definition of beauty and appearance. One day, I will say, would you like to go out for a coffee to one or 10 of these gals. Guest guest
I feel if you can find a good Dr. that can give you enough pellets to last 3 months it's the best forum of TRT there is. The Testosteone goes into your blood slow and steady you don't have the highs and lows of shots or even gels. And you end up with good levels and lower Estradiol problems. Most Dr.'s will not give you the 1500 mgs of pellets needed to last this long. Guest guest
Hey Spence, Great news!!! I'm on my 3rd month of SottoPelle pellets. I'm going to get blood work done tomorrow for 3rd month after insertion. Hope they will last 6 months at least. My numbers have always been below 300 - after insertion of pellets the first numbers were 1850, then about a month after was 1250. I started taking Arimidex to lower the Estradiol and feel a big difference with the Estradiol level in check. I'm taking 0.5mg every other day and may need to reduce it but want to see what the blood work says. My Estradiol number was 20 last time we checked but I think my optimum level is a little above 20. I've been fighting not feeling well for 20+ years. I'm very happy to have found a doc and treatment that works!!!! Hank
Guest guest
This is great but I don't feel pellets will ever last more then 3 months. Guest guest
Not sure if I want to have trt implanted in me. I want the least amount of doc visits. Once I start earning more, ill start to lab myself for different things per month w/o doc approval. Guest guest
It's cold as all get out here too Don. It's been snowing since Saturday.. today was snowing and icing. ICK. I leave for land on Wednesday morning and I come back on Thursday nite. I will have my laptop with me so I will be in touch on Wednesday once I get to land. Thursday will be hectic. I leave the hotel very early, sit thru a presentation from 9 til 11:30am, give mine from 11:30 to noon then lunch and back in a car to the airport. Flight leaves at 4:30 Thursday afternoon. I could use some warm weather.. I swear my bones have frostbite. I just can't seem to get warm ever. Thinking of a beach... toes in the warm sand.. tropical drink in one hand... sun tan lotion in the other... cabana boy hanging around feeding me grapes! LOL! I will be onboard later in the evening on wednesday. Anyways, I just wanted to say hi, and see if you all are ok. I am blasting each of you with love, good health and healing, and lotsa good energy of all kinds. Hang in there my friends - winter is passing fast. Soon we will be able to hang out in the sun. Guest guest
Wow, Teri - that is some kind quick itinerary. Plus, it's probably not much warmer in land is it?? I'm so grateful to live on the sunny west side of the continent. I always tell people that complain about the rain we get (starts in the fall, all through the winter and a good deal of spring) a couple of things: 1 - that's how come we have such big trees 2 - at least we don't have to shovel it. So what if some of us have webbed feet - sure is better than muck-lucks.Gloria It's cold as all get out here too Don. It's been snowing since Saturday.. today was snowing and icing. ICK. Guest guest
Yep. I am bringing one change of clothes with me and that's it. My laptop bag will be all I am carrying for this one. Going to even put my purse stuff in there! I leave here at 6 tomorrow morning to get to the airport in time for my flight to take off at 9 and I will be in land by like 12:45 or so... Then a 45 minute ride to the hotel and there I sit til the next morning.. Do my thing on Thursday late morning and head back to the airport right after lunch for a 4:30 flight home! I'll be lucky if the dog misses me! And no, it's not any warmer in land. I will be traveling in full winter gear! My fake Ugg boots and all!
