Guest guest
Hi rjohnson8040 and Welcome, First thing I would try is stopping the DIM do you get night time and morning wood if not I feel the DIM has taken you to low. And some men get headaches on it at the dose your taking. When I was on DIM I was getting marks on my body can't call them lines but more like a rash. If this does not help switch to doing shots starting at 100 mgs per week and add in some HCG 250 IU's the 5th and 6th days each after your Test C shot. Doing this will get your levels up and keep you more leveled. Some men don't do well on gels or creams it drives up Estradiol and DHT big time. You should never have to play with your dose this way did your Dr. tell you to do this. And you need labs I use Quest labs and do the following labs. Estradiol sensitive Code #4021 Testosterone, Free, Bioavailable & Total LC/MS/MS Code # 14966X. Also add to this DHT DHEA-S Vit.D, 25-Hydroxy LC/MS/MS Code #17306X. TSH Free T4 Free T3 Total T3 Total T4 RT3 Total Iron Iron Binding Capacity Iron % Saturation Ferritin B-12 And in the morning of your test don't put on the cream take a shower wash off the old cream and then take your morning dose of HC and go them labs fasting and check our Cortisol levels. You can't feel right on the dose your doing of HC for Adrenal Fatigue you need at least 20 mgs total a day like 5mgs 4x's a day. To support your body this slows down your Adrenals from working so hard so they can rest and heal. In the following link it's to Dr. 's site at this site read TRT: A Recipe for Success in this are labs you should have had done and way to tell why your Testosterone levels are low. And labs you need done on TRT also read the HCG Update. www.allthingsmale.com In the following link there are links about Adrenals some don't work anymore but the ones that do are full of info do read the FAQ's this shows you every thing you need to know about treating this stress dosing how much you need to take and so on. http://forums.realthyroidhelp.com/viewtopic.php?f=12 & t=256 To show you doing more HC is safe read the best parts of this book " Safe Uses of Cortisol " this is the Dr. that started using this the right way Years ago. http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/safe-uses/ Men don't get marks on there body from being on Testosterone I have no idea what your Dr. is talking about you need to get your Total T levels up into the upper 1/3 of your labs range to feel good and you need to keep your Estradiol levels down at about 20 pg/ml. The only thing I can think of is the compounded cream has a filler in it that dose not agree with your body. And if you have a Thyroid Problem your skin can become thicker and the creams or gels can't get through your skin. So it's going to be hard to find out what is wrong you have so much going on at once. You need to change one thing at a time and give it time for you body to adjust to it to see how it's working. You do need to take 20 mgs of HC / day total do this with your Dr. fast and stop the DIM after you do labs so we can see if your levels of Estradiol are to high or to low both are bad. And switch to shots doing them your self starting with 100 mgs a week adding in HCG. http://spotinjections.com/index3.htm I use a 27g 1ml x 1/2 " lg. needle and shoot into my thigh been doing this for many yrys. http://spotinjections.com/index3.htm To be safe about your blood being to thick go to the Red Cross and give blood don't tell them your on any meds just give the blood. If you do this do your labs first. http://www.griffinmedical.com/male_hormone_modulation_therapy.html Now I am not a Dr. so run this past your Dr. if you can't get him to look into this then you need a better Dr. Tell us where you live maybe someone knows a good Dr. in your area. Guest guest
I will cut back on the DIM to see if that helps. But I only seem to get the headaches when I am on a higher testosterone dose. Yeah, unfortunatley many of the red marks are definitely stretch marks. When I was on the old gel what I think was an unreliable Test gel my morning wood would change during the month even on the same dose for months. I have used some of the good brands of DIM at that time and once I was on DIM for a week my estrogen levels didn't seem to change. The only change came with what seems like unreliable T gel. Any other suggestion besides the iron panel and thyroid panels?
Guest guest
The only other thing I can tell you is to go to Dr. 's forum and post about this there are a few Dr.'s at his forum on TRT that might be able to help you with this. I never see this happen I have heard of rash's but not this. http://www.musclechatroom.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=2 Co-Moderator Phil > From: rjohnson8040 <rjohnson8040@...> > Subject: Re: red marks/ stretch marks/ green veins appearing on TRT > > Date: Wednesday, July 14, 2010, 5:02 PM > I will cut back on the DIM to see if > that helps.
