Guest guest
I'm writing this with tears in my eyes,my fam and I came down here to Wales,United Kingdom for a short vacation unfortunately we were mugged at the park of the hotel where we stayed, all cash, credit card and cell were stolen off us but luckily for us we still have our passports with us. We've been to the embassy and the Police here but they're not helping issues at all and our flight leaves in less than 3hrs from now but we're having problems settling the hotel bills and the hotel manager won't let us leave until we settle the bills,i'm freaked out at the moment. Guest guest
Hi Mark, your email account has been compromised. I suggest you change your password and use a good malware scanner like ad-aware. > > I'm writing this with tears in my eyes,my fam and I came down here to > Wales,United Kingdom for a short vacation unfortunately we were mugged > at the park of the hotel where we stayed, all cash, credit card and cell > were stolen off us but luckily for us we still have our passports with > us. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > We've been to the embassy and the Police here but they're not helping > issues at all and our flight leaves in less than 3hrs from now but > we're having problems settling the hotel bills and the hotel manager > won't let us leave until we settle the bills,i'm freaked out at the > moment. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Mark > > > > > > > > >

Guest guest
Medical University of Graz, Austria).Summary:In a randomized, placebo-controlled study involving 54 healthy overweight men, results indicate that supplementation with vitamin D may increase testosterone levels. The men were randomized to 83 microg (3332 IU)/day vitamin D or placebo, for a period of 1 year. At intervention end, significant increases in total testosterone, bioactive testosterone and free testosterone levels were observed in the vitamin D group alone. Thus, the authors of this study conclude, " Our results suggest that vitamin D supplementation might increase testosterone levels. Further randomized controlled trials are warranted to confirm this hypothesis. Guest guest
No single program is perfect at detecting/removing viruses and/or spyware. I typically tell my clients to use " SpyBot Search & Destroy " and " Microsoft Security Essentials " (both products are free). Also, be sure to keep all updates current... (including Windows Updates, Java updates, Adobe Acrobat Reader updates, etc.) Ziff, the publisher of many well-known computer magazines, published this article on their web site on November 14, 2010, entitled " Microsoft vs. McAfee: How free antivirus outperformed paid " : http://www.zdnet.com/blog/bott/microsoft-vs-mcafee-how-free-antivirus-outper formed-paid/2614?tag=nl.e539 (TinyURL = http://tinyurl.com/275xmmj) People sometimes get complacent believing that they are protected because they have Norton or McAfee installed. My personal opinion is, yes, both Norton and McAfee are better than nothing, but you can find much better protection elsewhere. And, don't be afraid of software that is free (if it is recommended by a reliable source)...
