I have no idea if my adrenals could heal, maybe they could! But would they ever

be able to support me taking enough Thyroid to feel well and normal? I am not

sure. Hertoghe says that once adrenals are damaged, they can be weakened for

life. So maybe it is a " no choice " situation for many of us; We MUST be on HC. I

have more energy now with HC, but I also have a lot of symptoms I never had

without HC.

How can a perfect dose of HC give bone loss I wonder? Can it? I don't think so.

Barb, thanks for this..I am off HC (17.5mg/day) 2 months and cannot for

the life of me get well..upper respiratory problems!..El
