Dr. no just said a few days ago that most men who start T need to raise

their thyroid dose. And if your T4 is below range, you've already confirmed

it's your thyroid.

this? I am questioning if my Thyroid is causing problems. My T4 is just below

the lower limit.

Dan read this long Pathetic list of problems people have with Thyroid problems.

One is dry cracking skin.

Hey Barb - yes I actually made a copy and taking it with me next week for my

annual exam. I never did a MRI and was wondering if maybe I did have a pituitary

problem since I was low on several hormones. Now it appears that the feed back

loops really get screwed up once we start TRT. I had low normal TSH and Low T4

but low normal T3. Looks like I am falling into the condition Dr. no

posted.

My skin is the same way, but really only on the backs of my hands.

Very dry, and cracked looking no matter how much lotion I use. I also can cut

myself there very easy as well.

So far all I know is that I have low T, but am going to be having other tests

done soon.
