Guest guest
Yeah I have been taking CoQ10 since my Dad had an issue with statins several years back, I am not and will not go on statins after his issue, but I started taking it because its just a general heart health and energy nutrient. I have been taking 200mg of ToCoQ10 daily for about a year now. I don't take some of the other items, I'll look into them more. I really think my issue with creatinine was just doing daily workouts with the intensity level I have been more then anything else because it reduced down to normal levels after taking some time off working out. I am altering my home workout schedule to be Mon/Wed/Fri only for intensity (rather then mon through friday), and I will also schedule in some more down time like every 4th or 5th week will be an " easy week " where I reduce my workout durations or potentially skip some. Guest guest
Good point and it's very good for your heart and if your over 35 yrs of age you will not get much out of taking CoQ10 you need Ubiquino. Ubiquinol exists everywhere there is life... it's ubiquitous! The challenge you face as you age is this -- your body levels of CoQ10 continue to diminish. In addition, your capability to convert Co Q10 to ubiquinol also declines. It becomes more and more difficult for you to produce the ubiquinol So don't buy CoQ10 get Ubiquinol. http://products.mercola.com/coq10-ubiquinol/?source=nl Also if you take Fish Oil switch to Krill Oil you can't buy good Fish Oil today everyone is making it Fishing Boats that pitched the bad Fish the ones people will not eat now grind them up into oil off shore and sell it as Fish Oil it's rancid oil dose not have omega-3's your being ripped off. http://krilloil.mercola.com/krill-oil.html Co-Moderator Phil > From: adamantine <indianawannabe04@...> > Subject: Re: Hormone allergies, anyone heard of this? > > Date: Thursday, March 3, 2011, 7:23 PM > Matt and Phill, the CoQ10 is an > important issue. CoQ10 supplements have good clinical > data supporting that among other benefits they can help > reduce blood pressure. Guest guest
When I was heavy into bodybuilding we would take a good week to 2 weeks off about every 4 to 6 months it like resets you. If your taking CoQ10 switch to Ubiquinol as we age we stop converting CoQ10 into Ubiquinol. And if your take Fish Oil switch to Krill Oil. http://products.mercola.com/coq10-ubiquinol/?source=nl http://products.mercola.com/coq10-ubiquinol/?source=nl I like this Dr.'s products when I started buying his I started feeling better.
