Btw guys I new feel flu symptoms with pain in hands and arms and legs and

weakness and fast pulse and still pain in stomach.

Any ideas?

I started these 4 days ago:

0.25 mg arimidex 3 x a week

25.000 iu Vitamin A

100 mg elemental iron ferrous sulfate " Ferrograd 500 "

2 mg Copper

Maybe one of these are causing problems for me? Now I feel VERY sick like flu.

Stress dose HC I suppose?

I take what Hertoghe tells me to take. And he didn't tell me to tahe Q10 yet. I

did a test for it in serum in March last year, and it showed up high in range.

Meaning I don't need to take it right?

I gave you a copy of a file I made about going to low on Arimidex here it is

again read it follow it. We are all not the same some men can take .25 mgs of

arimidex every 3 days and get good night time wood in a week. Others it can

take weeks it is said it takes 5 weeks for Arimidex to stabilize in the body

once this happens it work very fast.

================================================

How To Take Arimdex and not go down on your Estradiol to Low.

What I found is if you go to low taking arimidex, it's the length of time your

to low, if your too low say for 8 weeks it can take your body a longer time to

make more Estradiol. Bottom line is to know how not to go to low. Keep a log on

your dose and how you feel men going to low can't get it up taking Viagra. I

went to low when I first tried Arimidex and did not know about going to low or

how one feels to low, so I was low a good 8 weeks. I did not know I was low

until my next labs.

The best gage I have found to control your Estradiol levels is to gage your

night time and morning wood. At good levels or what I call the sweet spot you

get your night time and morning wood back so strong it will wake you up and you

can hang a coat on it.

Most men do good taking .25 mgs or 1/4 of a 1mg. pill, I use a pill cutter to

cut the small pill in half then I stand it on the cut end and use a single edge

razor to cut this in half. A good way to take arimidex is by how high your

levels are. I tested over 90 pg/ml so we tried doing .5 mgs every other day

after 8 weeks my next set of labs showed it did not move below 90, test said

>90. So we did .5 mgs. every day in about 2 weeks I got some strong night time

and morning wood back after not having them for many yrs.

I kept doing this dose and in 8 weeks my next set of labs said <20 back in the

day labs were like this they did not have to good labs we have today they could

not read lower the 20. My Dr. told me this looks to low to stop taking the

Arimidex. The one thing I noticed was my wood stopped and stopping the Arimidex

my wood came back in about 7 weeks my next test at 8 weeks was 24 pg/ml. So we

went back on the Arimidex but the Dr. told me to take .5 mgs every 3 days I was

on this dose not a week and lost wood. This is when I figured out going to low

you lose wood. And the longer your too low the longer it takes to get levels

back up.

I stopped the arimidex right away and got my wood back in 4 days. I then after

playing with the dose for a time found the best dose is .25mgs every 2 to 3

days.

So lets say your labs are less the 50 pg/ml if your take .5 mgs you can go down

so dam fast your miss the sweet spot of your wood and go to low. It's best with

lower levels 50 and under to do less Arimidex .25mgs every 2 days if later your

lose wood when it comes back go to every 3 days.

I have found estradiol is the hardest hormone to control, it goes up or down

from month to month some times I need .25mgs every 2 days other times I need

..25mgs everyday most of the time I do well on every 3 days.

So between wood and labs I do great and so do most of the men I have told this

to. I keep a log on how much I am taking and how I feel. Doing this and reading

back in my log I was able to tell when I was going to high or to low my Dr. lets

me dose my arimidex by how I feel.

Over the yrs. I have posted this story until I am blue in the face.

Seriously NO stress dose of HC? Thought flu was a major user of cortisol? I feel

like I need more, Hertoghe taught me that flus need more HC. My only fear is

potassium getting lower when you increase HC.

Do I need the ER?

Just to reiterate what someone else said - we are not doctors. If you feel

that you need to go to the ER, then go. No one on here, even doctors, can

make that decision for you. Whenever I get the flu, I always go to the ER

for the IV fluids because I can never keep fluids down. I have insurance

though so it costs me very little to go to the ER.

I have something to add about Arimidex and heart Palpitations.

Somewhere on the Internet, I cant remember where, there is a table that shows

that the older you are the more likely arimidex will cause heart palpitations.

For people over 60 like me there is almost an 80% chance this will happen.

I started taking Arimidix .25 Mg a couple of months ago and found this to be too

much and got heart palpitations. I kept going too low

on E2. I must have cut the does in half 10 times and even at very low doses I

still get heart palpitations. My blood pressure would also go up and my pulse

rate would increase.

I think I will need to give up on arimidex because of this.

Unfortunately DIM causes me headaches so I dont have any option sleft for

reducing E2.

My E2 was 20pg/ml when I started but reducing from there did improve erectile

function.

I am now considering losing about 25 pounds to try and reduce aromatization from

fat. has anyone had success with this idea?

I dont need to reduce E2 very much so I figure this may work and have other

beneficial effects as well.

I would never take Arimidex with an Estradiol level of 20 pg/ml. You can do

Zinc/Copper it will help lower estradiol levels. I feel any man doing .25 mgs

of Arimidex with a starting level of 20 pg/ml is over doing it your feeling bad

from driving down your Estradiol levels to low.

Try taking this every 12 hrs. for a month then just once a day. Later switch to

ZMA at bedtime and try 2 mgs of Copper at noon. Taking Zinc lowers Copper so

you need to supplement the Zinc with Copper.

We men are all low on Zinc due to the corn fed meat we eat.

, you added too many things in too quickly. How can you help yourself

to figure out what's doing what when you start new supplements and meds at

the same time?

I have personal experience that suggests copper causes me not only mental

problems (overstimulation) but gut problems as well. However, how you can

you figure if it's doing anything bad if you added it at the same time as

other things?

I was wise and didn't add all at once; i still havent changed HC for

Prednisolone. And I am waiting with GH.

I didn't Think copper, iron and Vit A could cause issues cause I have taken them

all before.

Arimidex on the other hand.....

, you added too many things in too quickly.

I would never take Arimidex with an Estradiol level of 20 pg/ml. You can do

Zinc/Copper it will help lower estradiol levels. I feel any man doing .25 mgs of

Arimidex with a starting level of 20 pg/ml is over doing it your feeling bad

from driving down your Estradiol levels to low.

Try taking this every 12 hrs. for a month then just once a day. Later switch to

ZMA at bedtime and try 2 mgs of Copper at noon. Taking Zinc lowers Copper so you

need to supplement the Zinc with Copper.

We men are all low on Zinc due to the corn fed meat we eat.

Hi Phil.

I only started at .25mg

At the end I had it down to about .008mg by grinding up the pill and suspending

it in alcohol. I had some success with this very tiny dose but I would agree

that Arimidex is too powerful for 20PG/ml.

I have tried 100mg zinc per day for many months without any success.

I am not taking any zinc right now. If I try it again I will include the

copper.
