Guest guest
What are your copper Serum and RBC levels like? Mine are both low and I Need to take it! Sendt fra min iPhone Den 23. feb. 2011 kl. 07.52 skrev Nigel <nachonigel@...>: I'm curious, has anyone taken copper and felt really bad taking it? Or, does anyone here have a history of HIGH copper levels? With all the discussion here about adding copper I'm curious if anyone has had a bad experience or even someone else's story to tell. I took one copper pill some months ago and felt really sick, revved up and had a racing mind even into the next day from it. This eventually led to me figuring out I'm copper toxic. I now avoid high copper foods like mushrooms, liver or too much corn as they worsen my state and I have been taking steps to lower copper. Molybdenum along with sulphur-containing supplements have literally saved me from some nasty symptoms. -Nigel
Guest guest
I had never taken it before but I was taking a lot of zinc so I ordered some. Didn't do any research but it was 2mg capsules, I took two and then about 15-20min later I started my workout. I felt nauseous from the start, about 8 minutes into my workout I ran to the bathroom and puked, it was all that came up. I haven't taken it since, maybe 4mg was too much to take on a empty stomach but my body definitely didn't like it, I need to re-evaluate it again and maybe take it with food. Guest guest
I don't take supplements on an empty stomach unless it says to. Guest guest
I have top of range hair copper levels from some time back. Since then it's just been overwhelming symptoms of copper toxicity along with extremely bad reactions to copper supplements and copper rich foods. Unless I control the copper with molybdenum and sulphur I even have joint stiffness and grinding fatigue. I think excess copper explains why I tend to feel androgen deficiency symptoms even with good testosterone levels. Copper is an effective inhibitor of testosterone to DHT conversion. -Nigel On 23 February 2011 12:19, philip georgian <pmgamer18@...> wrote: > > > Did you test your copper levels I have been on 4 mgs/ day for yrs. not a > problem and my labs are good. > Co-Moderator > Phil > > > > > From: Nigel <nachonigel@...> > > Subject: Anyone have a BAD experience with copper? > > > > Date: Wednesday, February 23, 2011, 1:52 AM > > > I'm curious, has anyone taken copper > > and felt really bad taking it?
