responsible now for 2 hrt clinics in 2 different states.

I have a mother, father and sister that need help with the hormone stuff.

They'd rather drive from the Dallas area to Austin than fly up north.

So, you'd be directly helping with cases if someone goes to the Austin doc?

weekend of 19th. I want to get the business and office flow properly so

operation runs smoothly. the worst thing is to have a great dr and practice and

poor office management. I talked to the office manager and we are going to work

together to come up with the best proficient and customer freindly environment.

I know of a good dr that has the worst manage office which keeps people from

going back to him.

NO I know my limit and I am not going to give up quanitity for quality. Dr

Overbeck and I even talked about a cap off of patients max per day in order to

give the best indivudal care for when we do get up to full capacity. I see to

many HRT dr have they hands in so many pots that they can not keep their own

business running efficiently.
