Greg,

I do Test C shots this big but 80 mgs every 3 days still it's = to 200 mgs / wk.

When did you do your labs as to your shot. I do my labs the day of my next shot

but before it. If you did not do this they your levels were a peak level and

it's not to high. My T levels on my last test 2 weeks ago were.

Testosterone, Total 917 range 250 – 1100 ng/dL.

Testosterone, Free 201.0 range 46.0 – 224.0 pg/mL.

Testosterone, Bioavailable 395.9 range 110.0 to 575.0 ng/dL.

SHBG 22 range 17 – 54 nmol/L.

Albumin, Serum 4.3 range 3.6 – 5.1 g/dL.

Hi Phil,

I did my T Cypionate shot on Tuesday and my I saw my Dr. on Thursday of last

week. The tests were done on the previous friday. So about a week and a half

when the tests were done.

Still have problems with libido/erections.

Thanks,

Greg

What I am asking is when did your do your Test C shot as to when you did the

labs if your did your Test C shot on Tue then did labs on Fri your labs are

going to be high Test C shot peak after 2 to 3 days after a shot. It's best to

do labs the morning of your next shot but before it. I think what your seeing

on them labs is your peak levels 2 to 3 days after the shot. If you did your

labs the morning of your next shot but before doing it your levels would be much

lower.

First let me tell you the last thing to come back is your libido. YOu need to

get your labs done again so we can tell what is going on doing labs at a peak

level of T it's hard to tell whats going on is your E2 realy at 18 with your

SHBG so high. High SHBG tells me your Free T is bound up and you E2 might not

be a good test needs to be redone.

ED problems are from high or very low E2 levels the sweet spot is about 20

pg/ml. When my E2 is very high I don't get night time and morning wood and if I

take to much Arimidex and drive my E2 to low I don't get night time and morning

wood.

Your SHBG is very high and if your E2 is 18 your E2 is to low killing your wood

and libido. Are you on T3 only Thyroid meds.

Hi Phil,

First of all thanks for helping. I'm taking 4 grains of Armour. No T3 only

meds. So my SHBG at 45 NMOL/L is high? Eventhough in range.

What is considered a good SHBG number? Also, Estradiol at 18 is low?

I was taking Arimidex every 3 days, but should I stop until the estradiol goes

up?

You also helped me on my thyroid on the RTH group, thanks.

Also, Happy Belated Birthday. Hope you are feeling good.

I don't like to adjust SHBG I like to let it find it best levels. To do this

you need to keep your Testosterone levels good not to high not to low and your

E2 in the sweet spot where your getting good wood every night. I would stop the

Arimidex until you get some good strong night time and morning wood back. The

day you get this good wood go back on the Arimidex but take less of it if you

were doing it every 2 days go to every 3 days. Or if your doing .5 mgs do .25

mgs I see you were doing it every 3 days try .25 mgs every 4 days when your

night time and morning wood comes back.

Talk to your Dr. about doing your shots every 3 days this helps keep E2 levels

down your not doing this big shot driving up your E2 levels E2 kills your libdio

and gives us ED problems.

I use a small 27g 1ml x 1/2 " lg. needle and shoot into my thigh. The oil comes

out slow so I just pull the plunger all the way down and hold it until I get my

dose.
