What you probably experiencing would be scar tissue around the site where

you inject. My daughter, a nurse, gives me my injections in my butt, I

have developed scar tissue on both cheeks from the many injections I have

received. So may have to switch where she gives them to me.

Hey folks,

I have been on TRT injections for 4-6 months. I have noticed my skin is

getting tougher (adn it looks " older " ). Is that a side effect or TRT? It so

tough on my thigh in spots that I have to really push the needle trough it.

I'm on 50mg twice a week of T-Cyp.

When I do my shots I try not to hit the same spot for 2 weeks. Peoples skin

gets better on TRT.

When my Dr.'s office was giving me shot in the back side they would put in the

chart where the last shot was so they were not doing the same spot over and over

again.

Switch sites and use smaller needles. I use 29 gauge 1/2 inch never have an

issue at all. I use larger one to draw and smaller ones to shot. Just have to

pull the plunger and fill the smaller needle. I take it right in the shoulder no

problem 2 times a week. Having you come into dr's offive is just a way to make a

quick buck for a visit. injections are like 30-50 dollars a visit via

insurance. your Dr is milking it for sure.
