How do I determine if I should do 250 or 500?

Also - do you know if this will help with Estrogen regulation or alternatively

if it has the potential of upping estrogen?

I don't take HCG so can't help you there.BUT, you are going to like the twice

weekly testosterone injections.You'll feel that nice sense of well being

24/7.Add in just a little floor exercises and watch your muscles develop.Who

said old guys can't get ripped?

Start with 250 IU's see how your labs look the day your doing your labs should

be the morning of your next T shot and the day before it don't do HCG. If you

do more HCG then your testis can handle it will convert into Estradiol. So

start low do labs if your labs show your T levels did not go up much then up the

dose to 300 IU's then hold this for 8 weeks do labs if your labs come up go 400

IU's up to 500 it's when you up the dose and your levels don't go higher that

your doing more then your testis can handle.

I'm only 34 - who you call'n old

BTW I have worked out religiously since my college days - I actually had to stop

working out right around the time I got on the TRT (due to a move and some other

in-the-way-of-life " stuff " which kinda bumbs me out as I have never had the

chance to see how I can build muscle with real levels of Testosterone... I got

pretty good results even with low T (which makes me wonder if I have high

natural GH...

I will be getitng back into lifting in the next 3-4 months and am VERY excited

about seeing what I can do with myself!

one more question -

I am trying to diet right now to drop some fat - I have heard HCG also helps

with weight loss... is this true or is it just a Trudeau infomercial/book

without proof? LOL

OK your doing a T shot 2x's a week so start with 250 IU's the day before your

next T shot. Doing this will keep you leveled and hold down Estradiol and keep

your testis working. When it's time to do labs do them the morning of your next

T shot but don't do the HCG the day before it. And do your labs before your

next T shot.

should I administer the HCG ONLY prior to ONE of my shots?

Yes it works like this if your doing one 100 mgs shot of T a week you would do

250 IU's the 2 days each just before your next T shot. If your doing T shots

2x's a week do 250 IU's of HCG the day before each T shot.

Yes this would be 2 HCG shots / week. So lets day you do a T shot on Sun. and

Wed. then your would do an HCG shot on Sat and Tue.

It should be adminstered prior to the shot then on bloof testing you skip the

hcg shot day before the test.
