Adding HCG to twice weekly Test Cyp Shots

Hello -

I have switched my test shots from 1x a week to 2x a week.

Went from 200mg once weekly to 100mg two times per week.

Injections are Sunday AM and Wednesday Afternoon (in an effort to try and space

them 1/2 way through the week.

I would like to add HCG into the mix and am already armed and ready to go.

My question is when should the HCG be administered - I hear the 2 days before

your shot are the best approach, but when I have 2 shots should I just do it

once a week? i.e., Friday and Saturday? or should I do 1 shot on Saturday

(before my Sunday Test shot) and one shot on Tuesday (before my Wednesday Test

shot)?

Also what amount???
