LabCorp Estradiol, Sensitive Test Number: 140244 CPT Code: 82670.

Quest Sensitive Test Number: 1421 this is what I use.

For labs on TRT I do a CBC and this at Quest labs.

Testosterone, Free, Bioavailable & Total LC/MS/MS Code # 14966X.

Thanks Phil.

Do you test for polycythemia? I'm not educated on such - is polycythemia part

of a CBC panel?

Is that last code you listed " 14966X " , a code that includes mutiple tests - you

stated " Testosterone, Free, Bioavailable & Total LC/MS/MS Code " and gave one

code.

Yes Polycythemia is part of the CBC test Hemoglobin or Hematocrit and that is

the number and with that test you get SHBG.
