For labs on TRT I do a CBC and this at Quest labs. Testosterone, Free, Bioavailable & Total LC/MS/MS Code # 14966X. Is that last code you listed " 14966X " , a code that includes mutiple tests - you stated " Testosterone, Free, Bioavailable & Total LC/MS/MS Code " and gave one code.
