I have a small lesion / small tumor on my Pit. Gland. Does this mean that

I am secondary??

YES. I am a witness. HCG helps in size, blood flow- no more cold penis. Helps

with all other penile functions. When you really think about what atrophy

means you'll do the Charlie Brown when you ask yourself why did I ever delay.

My testicles ask me evertime I spend money, " Your not gonna run out of HCG and T

are you? "

After 60 days with HCG I was signing 'Back in the High Life' that great Stevie

Winwood Song. Also host of worship songs. I actually hit the high note a few

times.

Yes and Amen to HCG!!!!

HCG for primaries

about 5 years ago I was diagnosed with low testosterone. My testes were

atrophied; I was diagnosed as being a primary hypogonadic at that time. I have

been on TRT since that time but was not prescribed HCG.

Question-- would adding HCG to my testosterone replacement therapy help me at

this late date?

My testes are small; would HCG help to restore their size and the " plumpness " of

my scrotum?

thanks in advance

Let me put it this way lets say your first TT test was low enough to go on TRT

to tell is your Primary you needed your LH and FSH test at the same time you had

your TT tested. If your TT was dam low and your LH and FSH was high near the

top of the range then your Primary. But the next step is to have your Prostate

and Testis checked by a Uro of cancer.

Now lets say they did not test you this way and just guessed your Primary if you

Added HCG to your TRT like I did 500 IU's 3x's a week doing labs before you go

on it. Then after the 15th. shot of HCG do your labs again if your TT levels

shoot why up then your testis work and you might not be Primary I was told this

for 23 of the 27 yrs I was on TRT that I am Primary many Dr.'s and Endo's even

Uro's told me this.

Yet after my 15th shot of HCG my TT went from 600 to 1200 so I am not Primary I

am Secondary and we found it was due to a head injury I got 28 yrs a go in a

auto accident. In about 4 months my testis went from the size of small grapes

to normal.

Here is what Dr. posted to me to get my Dr. to let me try HCG after you

read this you will see even if your are true Primary HCG helps.

=========================================================================

He probably feels that since you suffer primary hypogonadism (I am guessing)

there is no use in adding HCG to your protocol. There are several reasons why

this is not so. First, you have not lost all Leydig cells, so any HCG you take

will stimulate those who still function to produce endogenous testosterone.

This will support testicular size. We should not ignore this aesthetic

consideration.

Next, if he reads my work, he will learn that HPTA-suppressed (as all TRT

patients are to some extent) also suffer decreased pregenenolone levels, which

is the first step after CHOL in all three hormonal pathways which begin with

CHOL. HCG increases pregnenolone production, and therefore restores a more

natural balance of our hormones.

Next, nearly all TRT patients who add in HCG to their regimens report an

increased sense of well-being and also libido. These are genuine quality of life

issues.

Finally, I just instinctively do not want all those LH receptors (including

those we have yet to discover and appreciate) unstimulated.

Phil. You prevented me from killing the endo. And every time you testify to

being misdiagnosed. Something within says let the beatings begin. Is it the

boogie man or is it really possible many doctors are screwing up again.

Have Mercy Phil on us and on all my " poor bastard suffering friends'.

Tell us there is a clear way even for people on TT to go and be sure if there

primary or secondary. For Petes sake Phil. Tell the group an easy way.

Too many are exhausted from Living a lie.

Set the captives free please.

So Phil, I've been on hcg for about 1 month. My T went from 460 to 860 in 2

weeks. So does this would mean I am secondary and should be looking at the

pituitary? My T hasn't been tested yet but HAN & Dr.O think I overshot my T

level. I had some wood and increased libido for about a week, now it's gone. The

hcg was cut back.

I haven't had my pituitary checked. Do you think It should be done?

It can if your labs for T were low and your LH and FSH when tested before TRT

were low too. If they did not test this do some HCG 500 IU's 3x's a week do

labs first if your levels go way up on this yes your secondary.

Ah my friend Ade,

good to hear from you.  Yes the HCG has definitely helped.  The cold penis

and scrotum is often due to poor blood circulation.   The

Atrophy/shrinkage/ED/low T and related proper hormones are all choking the

vessels and veins.

If you have diabetes or high blood pressure or both you definitely want to talk

with your doctor about vascular circulation in your genitals.

Warm compresses and like will the first thing you hear but you really need a

continuous 'Fuel Injection Cleaner " and the HCG has made the difference for

me.   Your testicles need maximum life.   Ask your doctor specifically (as

it relates to you and not others)  how HCG will help.

I will also say that my testicles can tell if I take 250IU or 500IU rather

quickly. Kind of like 87 or 95 unleaded gasoline.  Some forums say you can do

1000iu a day we here say 500iu is the safe dosage.   The instruction allow for

more if being treated for child pre-puberty issues.   There is no long term

study in men for HCG.   I speak to that because I have SEVERE Hypogonadism and

my doctor originally dosed me for severity.    That was significant to

helping the testis receive life.   Kind of like a defibrillator.

In any event; I confident in HCG as it relates to our male genital functions as

a whole.  As always safeguard your body and look to the fine details as it

relates to you.   There are other vascular tests to the genitals I have not

done yet but will be pursuing in 2010.   I have a strong need to inspect what

I expect so I can stay the diligent course.

All the Best to You,

For Iron it takes a long time to get levels up and you need to take about 200

mgs of Elemental Iron a day I take this 2x's a day in between meals.

Yes my Heart Dr. has me on this it's good for your heart helps keep your BP down

and it gets up anytime you need. They have 5 mgs pills you take everyday but I

have a lot of 20 mgs pill so I cut them in half near or on the number 20 on the

pill then I cut what is left in half the long way.

This works great as long as you keep your Estradiol in the sweet spot if it's to

high or to low you lose your wood.

Hi Phil

Here in the UK treatment with iron tablets lasts for six months. After three

months the levels are tested again and they always do show a massive improvement

(they are never given until the full reason for the deficiency has been

investigated and corrected). For me this was very irratic eating patterns due

to shift work and the fact that my GP was aware of the low level but continually

said, " lets monitor it " and took no action for over a year.

The dose is exactly as you have described it - 200 MG three times a day (each

200 mg being 65 mg of elemental iron). I get all of my meds on prescription

including iron.

I am working on improving my diet and trying to eat regularly, even when I am

working shifts.

Take care

We don't know if it's my Thyroid or my low Folic Acid levels I am just getting

over heart bypass sugary and the had to open me up 5 times I lost a lot of blood

Dr.'s tell me it will at my age 65 take a good yr. to tell.

One thing we think my low Ferritin levels are from is below the normal range on

labs for Folic Acid and when I did them I was on Folic Acid but the supplement

was not converting so I went on Thorne Research - Folacal and Vit. B-12 tabs I

don't know if this fixed the problem do to the sugary I had a yr. ago. My Folic

Acid levels are above mid range now but my Iron is still not showing me to high

on Iron pills. One thing most Dr.'s don't know about is you need to stop iron

pills 5 days before doing labs.

hope you recover well Phil. all my best for a speedy recovery.

my endo is an absolute star player mate - he told me to stop the iron tablets 5

days before my blood was drawn. so far he is really pleased with my progress.

I do feel loads better, but you know how it is - there is still a lot of ground

left to cover with other stuff.

the next topic I want to cover with my doc really is HCG. you lads have

inspired me into investigating this a bit more.

Yes Endo's over there are much better the over here you have a dam good Dr. and

I feel you will be on top of things in no time. In this link it talks about how

low Thyroid can lower ones Ferritin levels it has to do with the lower

hydrochloric acid that leads to malabsorption of iron.

http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ferritin/

The above site helped me with my Adreals and Thyroid problems then I ended up

working there as a mod. But now the forum is closed.

you know Phil, that really did get my attention. you mentioned low levels of

hydrochloric acid leading to malabsorption of iron. well, for what it is worth,

I have been treated for acid reflux with Lansoperazole for absolutely years. I

was in a lot of pain and discomfort before the treatment. I do not have a

hernia or anything like that - it is just reflux disease and aside from a few

home grown remedies (you know, propping the bed up so you never lie flat and all

that), the only thing was treatment with daily meds and I have to say, I feel a

lot better. however - given what you have just told me, I am now wondering if

there is a connection.

thanks for this Phil, it is very much appreciated. one more thing to take up

with the doc I think (I would go to my GP, but he will only dismiss me and tell

me to keep on with what I am doing).

Being on them meds can make this worse it lower your acid levels and you don't

digest your food or get the Vit.'s and stiff like Iron you need. What I did was

the oppaset I took Betaine Hydrochloride With Pepsin.

http://www.myvitanet.com/betaine-hydrochloride-with-pepsin-250-tab-country-life.\

html

In looking for an artical about this I found this about labs this is good

everyone needs to read it.

http://www.tmuscle.com/free_online_article/sex_news_sports_funny_grok/level_with\

_me_doc_how_long_have_i_got

Here is a cut and paste about this from this link.

http://www.tmuscle.com/free_online_article/sports_body_training_performance/ques\

tion_of_strength_33

==========================================================================

HCl: You Are What You Assimilate!

Q: Besides zinc and magnesium, what other deficiencies do those of us seeking

muscle and performance need to worry about?

A: The most common one, which actually causes zinc and magnesium deficiency, is

hydrochloric acid (HCl) deficiency.

Back when I was an undergrad many moons ago, they used to tell us that you lose

about 1% stomach acid per year after the age of 40. Well, that's not true

anymore because our high stress levels these days decrease HCl. We did a study

at our Chicago facility where we gave 160 clients an HCl test. Only two people

passed it with a medium score; 158 had a horrendous score.

If there's insufficient hydrochloric acid, proteins will pass into the intestine

and putrefy instead of being digested. Carbohydrates will also be left to

ferment without adequate digestive enzymes from the pancreas. Fat digestion is

also dependent on the acid's influence on the pancreas to secrete lipase and the

gall bladder to secrete bile. Poor digestion of these macronutrients means poor

absorption of our basic energy sources.

Over the last four years, I've been amazed how a correction in HCl deficiency

has led to not only dramatic improvements in physique and strength, but also

improvements in a variety of health parameters. Interestingly enough, in

strength-trained individuals those improvements are often associated with gains

of 15 to 18 pounds of lean body mass within two months! Why? They are now

absorbing proteins and minerals.

Here are a few of the symptoms of low stomach acid:

belching or gas within one hour of a meal

bloating shortly after eating

bad breath

loss of taste for meat

nausea after taking supplements

brittle fingernails

undigested food in stool

foul-smelling stools

stomach pain

desire to skip meals

estrogen buildup

acne rosacea

depression

In the US, many experts estimate the deficiency to be in the range of 40 to 50%.

Some gastroenterologists are now advancing that it is today's most

under-diagnosed ailment.

There are a variety of medical tests you can get, but here's a simple test you

can do at home (but I suggest you talk to a physician qualified in nutritional

medicine before you try it). It requires a bottle of Betaine HCl, at 200 mg

potency per capsule. Here's how it's performed:

Step 1: Have a high-protein solid meal (no shakes). Let's say for illustration

purposes a 12-ounce steak and vegetables.

Step 2: Eat half the protein, roughly 6 ounces of the steak.

Step 3: Swallow a 200mg capsule of HCl.

Step 4: Eat the other half of the steak and the vegetables.

Step 5: Wait 15 minutes.

Step 6: If your stomach acid is normal, you'll feel like you just drank a hot

cup of tea or feel a burn. If you feel nothing, you need HCl as a supplement.

So what do you do next? At every meal repeat steps 1 to 6, upping the dose one

capsule per meal until you feel the burning sensation. So if it takes five meals

to get a burning sensation, you need on average four capsules per meal. If you

get to seven capsules and you have no burning, stop the test — you're

achloridic, meaning you have almost no stomach acid!

At our Phoenix center alone we've been doing over 250 tests a year for the last

four years, and in that time I've never seen one person not need at least one

capsule; the average person tested could feel it after five capsules. You're

getting better when you start feeling a burn at your initial determined dosage.

For example, if you found that five capsules was your initial need, you may find

that three days later it starts to burn, so then you'd cut back to four capsules

with a typical high-protein solid meal, and so on.

Most people achieve normal levels within eight weeks even when they start at

seven capsules, but some individuals take as much as 18 months. I have two

clients who need two caps a day permanently. Why? Because neither one will ever

escape their stress levels (one of them is a real estate mogul and the other is

a highly accomplished author).

Make sure that your HCl product also contains the probiotic pepsin and the

digestive enzymes papain and pancreatin, as they have a synergistic effect with

HCl therapy. (You can acquire my version of this product by contacting

Judith@....)

In addition to the above HCl protocols, here are a few other suggestions to

normalize your stomach acid levels. First, avoid carbonated drinks.

Thanks for this info - very much appreciated. I will take this up with the

doc when I see him on the 18th of this month.

I hope you are seeing lots of improvements now you are off the thiazide

diuretic.

Best wishes

Helps with all other penile functions. When you really think about what atrophy

means you'll do the Charlie Brown when you ask yourself why did I ever delay. My

testicles ask me evertime I spend money, " Your not gonna run out of HCG and T

No thank you!!!  Yes I am seeing great improvement without the

Thiazide. I actually now wake up nightly from a little wood.     He did

give me the Furosemide.

That was clutch input and I greatly appreciate it!!

No but most of the mods there were at STTM Valharly knows me very well she

helped me with my low cortisol levels. I you click on members then at the top

row click on Moderators you will see the owner and the mod.'s. Janie might post

there but she has a coffee club I am a member of and she comes there a lot. I

don't have the time day to day to be active in the club but still read the
