Guest guest
I get night sweats bad, but I attribute it to my hypoglycemia. Hypoglycemia > adrenals > thyroid > testosterone. This chain reaction thing is pretty annoying... but I digress. It's been much better since I started eating a no-carb snack before bed. > > > > > > > From: Rouse > ><michael.hugh.rouse@...<michael.hugh.rouse%40gmail.com> > > > > > > > > Subject: Anastrozole side effects > > > > > > < %40> > > > > Date: Tuesday, January 11, 2011, 12:53 PM > > > > > > > Hey Group, > > > > > > > > A while back I tried to take arimidex but I > > experienced > > > > some side effects > > > > (heart palps and insomnia). I am currently on > > DIM but > > > > I also want to try > > > > the generic arimidex to see if maybe I won't get > > the side > > > > effects. > > > > > > > > If I do happen to get the side effects, does > > anyone have a > > > > remedy for > > > > reducing or eliminating the side effects? > > > > > > > > Thanks, > > > > > > > > -- > > > > Mike > > > > > > > > > > > > [Non-text portions of this message have been > > removed] > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > ------------------------------------ > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
Yes it can Estraidol levels go up at night when on TRT lower Cortiol levels at night can let your T meds convert into Estraidol at night. You wake up in a sweat. But so can low sugar levels if your sugar falls at night you will wake up in a sweat from low sugar. Try eating some nuts or cheese before going to bed if it's your sugar this will stop. Guest guest
I am on HC meds for low cortisol levels and I take 5 mgs of Cortef at bedtime to stop my sugar from falling and find it helps with my Estraidol levels going up at night. Guest guest
Dropping dairy can lower e2 significantly. i have had several cases of this. Try cooconut yogurt with scoop of whey protein in it. Its a different form of diary. > > > > > > > > > From: Rouse > > ><michael.hugh.rouse@...<michael.hugh.rouse%40gmail.com> > > > > > > > > > > Subject: Anastrozole side > > effects > > > > > > > > < %40> > > > > > Date: Tuesday, January 11, 2011, 12:53 PM > > > > > > > > > Hey Group, > > > > > > > > > > A while back I tried to take arimidex but I > > > experienced > > > > > some side effects > > > > > (heart palps and insomnia). Guest guest
Thank you very much. I just don't know if my night sweats are from high E2 or low blood sugar. My labs indicate that I am not hypoglycemic. But I will stay away from dairy. ________________________________ From: hardasnails1973 <hardasnails1973@...> Sent: Thu, January 13, 2011 9:01:57 PM Subject: Re: Does high E2 cause night sweats? Guest guest
This can help potentially with both issues reducing diary and blood sugar. > > > > > > > > > > > From: Rouse > > > ><michael.hugh.rouse@<michael.hugh.rouse%40gmail.com> > > > > > > > > > > > > Subject: Anastrozole side > > > effects > > > > > > > > > > < %40> > > > > > > Date: Tuesday, January 11, 2011, 12:53 PM > > > > > > > > > > > Hey Group, > > > > > > > > > > > > A while back I tried to take arimidex but I > > > > experienced > > > > > > some side effects > > > > > > (heart palps and insomnia). Guest guest
No Nigel: I wake up with a wet T shirt and pillow case. I am not charged, I change my shirt use a new pillow and go back to sleep. Sometimes I have to repeat this process at two (2) times. I do not sweat every night. I think that after the weekly T shot I'm ok and as i get towards the end of the cycle perhaps t is lower and E2 is higher. ________________________________ From: nachohypo <nachonigel@...> Sent: Thu, January 13, 2011 11:15:41 PM Subject: Re: Does high E2 cause night sweats?  Are you sweating at night before you sleep or are you waking up sweating? Guest guest
If your Estradiol is 18 and you have good wood at this dose yes try it with dinner not bedtime. Of with your cottage cheese it works better with food. With your levels good at 18 if you lose your night time and morning wood your going to low stop taking it until your wood comes back then go back on it but do it less like if your doing .25 mgs every 2 days go to every 3 days. But I mix it up some nights I eat nuts or peanut butter other nights it's meat like a slice of Ham. Try to mix it up don't do the same thing every day. Guest guest
Yes you can get this from low Cortisol levels at night when your sleeping. Here is a cut and paste from this link. http://livingnetwork.co.za/lifestylefunctional-medicine/hormones/adrenal-fatigue\ / =================================================== If your cortisol drops too low during the night your blood sugar drops too. Your body compensate by releasing adrenaline as an emergency measure to mobilize more sugar. This has the effect of waking you in an instant. This can be reduced by eating high protein snack before retiring e.g. sardines, nuts of high quality protein shake.
