Guest guest
I have been living with 500 and below calories since March with a few breaks. Not hard to do and exercise is the key. I had to mentally prepare much like penis enlargement. I eat low fat lipton soup with crackers and granted low fat cheese in the morning and snack at certain times very low fat fig newtons or chips with a coffee or just coffee throughout. Weight loss is how bad you want it. I feel bad I can't treadmill now but I have to get healthier first, so I do what I can to lightly exercise. I dated a bbw woman recently and she made fun of my diet. She believed she couldn't lose weight period through eating once a day, etc. I learned I want a slim woman who takes care of herself and if she is curvy believe she can lose weight with me as support.
